Boards can create a case for every individual lot, take advantage of pre-designed email notifications, and organize document images along with responses from owners in a chronological manner. The platform allows for monitoring escalation procedures and keeping accurate records of fines, in addition to facilitating the importation of lots through CSV files and the exportation of audit-ready case timelines in PDF. With an intuitive dashboard, users can easily identify open and overdue cases, navigate approval workflows, and keep track of critical upcoming deadlines. A free plan is available that supports 10 lots, 5 active cases, and a single member seat, while numerous paid options provide expanded capacity and allow for up to 5 member seats at a standard rate per association.
