For users who may have questions about the required information, pressing the "?" key brings up useful guidance on what is needed for input. After users complete their data entry, the information is securely saved to disk, making it convenient for future access and modifications. The program asks for four distinct categories of information: essential customer details, chosen equipment models, materials, and labor costs. The essential customer details encompass the customer's name, address, phone number, and other relevant information. Users can select from a range of equipment models, with the program automatically fetching the most sought-after features and prices for these options. If a particular model is not available in the library, users can enter the model information manually, providing a level of flexibility in their choices.
