What is WWS Proactive Monitoring Manager?
The WWS module offers an extensive management system for the entire self-service network, empowering users to activate alert systems and set up automatic response protocols. It supports diagnostics and technical navigation for individual devices, while also enabling the monitoring of both virtual and physical conditions of ATMs and their related equipment. In addition, the module facilitates network diagnostics by evaluating performance metrics, counting the ATMs linked to each node, and maintaining effective load balancing across all nodes while monitoring application statuses. Users can establish automated responses that are initiated by specific occurrences, such as dispatching emails or SMS notifications when particular thresholds are reached, and rebooting devices when irregularities are identified. The system also allows for remote control functions for ATMs, granting users the ability to verify device statuses and execute reboots as necessary. Alerts are generated for any anomalies or errors that may arise, ensuring timely intervention for potential problems. This comprehensive monitoring and management framework not only enhances the reliability and efficiency of the self-service network but also contributes to improved user satisfaction through responsive service delivery. Ultimately, the WWS module represents a vital tool in maintaining optimal operational performance across the entire self-service landscape.
What is AdRem NetCrunch?
NetCrunch is commercial, self-hosted, agentless network and IT infrastructure monitoring software for Windows Server. It monitors network devices, servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, applications, websites, logs, telemetry, and custom data using technologies such as SNMP, WMI, REST APIs, and scripts.
NetCrunch supports 680+ monitoring targets and provides 270+ ready-to-use Monitoring Packs for devices, applications, and operating systems. Policy-based monitoring automatically applies monitoring settings, Monitoring Packs, thresholds, and alerts to matching devices and systems. Licensing is based on monitored nodes and network interfaces rather than individual sensors, checks, or metrics.
Real-time dashboards and automatic Layer 2 and routing topology maps provide visibility into network status and performance. NetCrunch supports event correlation, dependency-aware alert suppression, predictive thresholds, escalation, and 40+ automated response actions, including script execution, notifications, webhooks, and integrations with external IT and collaboration tools.
NetCrunch also provides hardware and software inventory, network device configuration backup and change tracking, bandwidth monitoring, and network traffic analysis using NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, and other flow technologies. Distributed Monitoring Probes extend monitoring to remote and isolated locations, while REST APIs support integration and automation with external systems.
NetCrunch is self-hosted on Windows Server and can monitor on-premises, air-gapped, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.

$1600 for NetCrunch 50 nodes
NetCrunch licensing is based on the number of monitored nodes and network interfaces. Each node license includes one monitored interface, and additional interface licenses can be added when more network interfaces need to be monitored. Licensing is not based on individual sensors, checks, or metrics.
