What is Webfont?

Streamline the management of custom icon fonts and SVG sprites by creating a centralized icon library, enabling swift invitations for team members and quick exports of web icons. Designing a unique font is simplified into three easy steps: start a project, add your vector icons, and optionally upload an existing font. After exporting your font, just copy and paste the created CSS for seamless integration into your website. You can personalize each icon according to your needs while assigning a unique name to your font, and manage your entire custom font collection conveniently from one place. The platform allows the creation of multiple fonts and projects to keep your team engaged and productive. Designers have the ability to oversee the library and initiate new versions, while developers can modify the underlying code for effortless font creation. By simply dragging and dropping your icons and executing a quick export, your font will be ready to use. The generated CSS can be applied across any site, and sharing your font privately ensures that all font files and stylesheets are accessible to anyone with the link provided. Moreover, maintaining this centralized library not only encourages collaboration among your team members but also significantly improves the overall efficiency of the design workflow, making it easier to achieve cohesive branding. This system ultimately empowers teams to work more creatively and effectively.

What is Sprites?

Sprites by Fly.io is a platform for creating stateful sandbox environments that run arbitrary code inside hardware-isolated Linux computers. A Sprite is designed to answer the question of where to safely run a blob of code, whether that code comes from an AI agent, a developer workflow, a user-uploaded binary, or an application process. Unlike short-lived stateless sandboxes, Sprites are persistent environments that can keep files, state, and execution context across runs. The platform supports checkpoint and restore so workloads can pause, resume, and recover without rebuilding everything from scratch. Sprites use a fast directly attached NVMe filesystem for active work and continuously sync that filesystem to durable external object storage. This storage model gives developers a normal Linux disk experience while supporting durable persistence and automatic growth. Developers can install the Sprites CLI, log in, create a Sprite, run commands, and connect directly to a Sprite console. The platform also provides a REST API and language support for JavaScript, Go, Elixir, and Python. Sprites include capabilities around persistence, checkpoints, Sprite URLs, sandbox VMs, and network policy for controlling how environments run and connect. Pricing is based on actual usage across CPU hours, memory hours, hot storage, and cold storage, making it practical for bursty workloads like coding agents or lightweight web apps. By combining hardware isolation, Linux compatibility, stateful persistence, checkpointing, durable storage, APIs, and usage-based billing, Sprites gives developers a flexible execution layer for AI agents, sandboxed code, and persistent application environments.
