What is XEDI?

XEDI is an enterprise-grade cloud EDI platform built to connect complex retail and supply-chain operations without a lengthy implementation programme. An active EDI mailbox is available at signup, while Click Connect provides preconfigured trading-partner workflows so new connections can be configured rather than built from scratch. Automate purchase orders, acknowledgements, ASNs, invoices and credit notes across UN/EDIFACT, EANCOM, TRADACOMS and ANSI X12, using AS2, SFTP and API connections. XEDI validates documents against partner requirements before they move, surfaces exceptions early, and connects EDI to NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks and Shopify. For larger programmes, XEDI supports unlimited document types, managed delivery, separate UAT, staging and production environments, AI-powered operational reporting, and enterprise support. It gives teams the capability expected of an enterprise EDI platform with a faster route to partner onboarding.

This cloud-hosted platform equips organizations to seamlessly connect and exchange information with customers, suppliers, distributors, and other trading partners via electronic data interchange (EDI) formats or application programming interfaces (APIs). It guarantees that businesses enjoy real-time visibility into crucial documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping alerts. Additionally, the system’s automated document processing, paired with its robust analytics and reporting features, allows companies to make informed, data-driven decisions, significantly improving their operational efficiency.
