What is XpressCharts EHR?

Xpress Technologies offers two versions of its XpressCharts software aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing reimbursements, and minimizing risks for medical practices. The XpressCharts solution is adaptable and scalable, catering to the diverse needs of different healthcare settings. Featuring innovative Chief Complaint templates, the system guarantees that every patient interaction is characterized by quality and uniformity. Its intuitive design allows users to quickly become proficient, even those who are only familiar with ATM operations, ensuring that productivity remains uninterrupted. For practices in transition, Xpress provides the XpressCharts Classic paper option to facilitate a gradual move to the full implementation of the XpressCharts EHR system. Importantly, XpressCharts stands out as the only software that effectively merges paper documentation with certified ePrescribing and patient education features. This comprehensive tool addresses all documentation requirements and integrates seamlessly with hospital enterprise systems as well as Xpress Practice Management software. With its adaptability, XpressCharts is particularly advantageous for General Practices and Urgent Care facilities in the healthcare landscape. Furthermore, Xpress Technologies places a strong emphasis on customer support, guaranteeing that users have access to assistance whenever needed, thus fostering a reliable partnership. Such dedication to service ensures that healthcare providers can focus on patient care without the worry of technical difficulties.

What is XPressEntry?

XPressEntry is a sophisticated security solution that leverages handheld and mobile badge readers to expand access control functionalities beyond mere fixed door systems. This platform integrates smoothly with more than 40 PACS systems, including Genetec, LenelS2, AMAG, and Honeywell, to retrieve cardholder data and permissions from existing setups. The XPID handheld readers can verify badges and biometrics at sites lacking stationary readers, providing instant feedback on photo identification and access levels. In urgent scenarios, these devices allow staff to scan badges at specific muster points, enabling XPressEntry to compile a real-time roster of individuals who are present and accounted for. Moreover, the entry and exit tracking capabilities facilitate the monitoring of movement in temporary or remote sites without relying on wired installations. The Events mode enhances operational workflows by allowing current badges to serve as check-in identifiers for meetings and training sessions. Additionally, the Guard Tour feature establishes defined patrol routes and checkpoint verifications, enabling the reporting of incidents with accompanying photos, videos, and notes. Notably, the readers can function offline, syncing data once an internet connection is available, which allows organizations to capitalize on their existing PACS investments without incurring additional infrastructure costs. This innovative methodology not only bolsters security but also empowers personnel to maintain a high level of situational awareness and quick response capabilities across various scenarios. Ultimately, XPressEntry represents a transformative approach to physical security that adapts to the evolving needs of organizations.
