What is claude-mem?

claude-mem functions as an offline-first cloud memory solution designed for AI agents, built around an open-source engine paired with a cloud synchronization layer that universally connects agent memories via a single private MCP link. Its architecture guarantees that coding agents and AI assistants can seamlessly continue their work without starting anew in each session, independent of the machine or code editor utilized. As agents operate, claude-mem adeptly captures notes that reflect decisions, solutions, challenges, environmental insights, architectural selections, and various structured observations within a temporal database. What is Memory AGI?
