What is eComp?

OO-Soft eComp is a cutting-edge cloud-based platform designed for the efficient management of Human Resources and compensation, incorporating integrated Job Evaluation and optional modules for competencies, training, and performance. All three models—19, 20, and 20A—are seamlessly integrated into the eComp system, offering a comprehensive evaluation tool that adapts to the changing needs of users.
