flowerSoft Silver vs. Flolya

For over thirty years, flowerSoft Silver has been a leader in both cutting-edge technology and outstanding customer support. However, FTD has recently introduced a policy that mandates a hefty annual fee for directing our users to their services. This new arrangement has forced flowerSoft to end its longstanding collaboration with Mercury Direct, which has been in place since the inception of the Mercury 3000. As a result, we will not pass any additional monthly fees onto our customers for processing their outgoing orders to FTD. Fortunately, we have identified at least two other wire services that offer a more equitable approach than FTD, and we are happy to provide seamless integration with these alternatives at no added cost to our esteemed customers. This strategic decision underscores our unwavering commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction while actively seeking better solutions to meet their needs. We believe that our customers deserve the best options available, and we will continue to innovate in their favor.

Flolya is a cloud-based platform specifically designed for floral designers and event florists, simplifying the entire workflow of organizing both wedding and corporate events, starting from the initial inquiry all the way to the final invoicing process. This solution empowers florists to keep an extensive inventory of flowers and supplies, develop recipes that incorporate costs for materials and labor, create online proposals that clients can approve and sign, and track any alterations made after agreements are signed. Furthermore, the software includes features for generating tailored purchasing lists for events, organizing production timelines, and managing deposits, payments, and invoices efficiently. A unique beta subscription option is also available, designed to support ongoing flower deliveries for both businesses and private customers. Flolya is accessible through a variety of event and studio plans, allowing for flexible monthly and yearly payment arrangements. This all-encompassing management software significantly boosts operational efficiency, enabling florists to dedicate more time to their artistic creations while effortlessly managing logistical details. Ultimately, Flolya stands out as a vital tool that bridges the gap between artistry and administration in the floral industry.
