What is nanoloop?

Nanoloop is a multifaceted application that integrates the roles of a sequencer, synthesizer, and sampler, specifically optimized for mobile devices to ensure smooth functionality across a wide range of smartphones and tablets, including older and lower-spec models. The application boasts an intuitive interface that adjusts to varying screen sizes, providing options for changing font and icon sizes, along with light and dark mode themes. It features a straightforward sequencer that facilitates the creation of both rhythms and melodies while allowing for automation of all modifiable parameters. Users benefit from eight channels that can function either as synthesizers or samplers, with a maximum of eight patterns available for each channel. Moreover, it supports sample imports from SD cards, microphone recordings, audio trimming, and even re-sampling capabilities. The app includes polyphonic FM, PWM, and noise synthesizers, as well as a song editor equipped with a looping feature, promoting intricate music composition. In addition, projects can be easily shared through email, and the app is designed for compatibility with its iOS counterpart, further enhancing usability across multiple platforms. This all-encompassing tool proves to be an excellent choice for musicians in search of a compact yet powerful solution for producing electronic music on the go. With its extensive features and adaptability, Nanoloop elevates mobile music production to new heights, making it an invaluable asset for creative artists.

What is Syndt?

Syndt stands out as a sophisticated polyphonic synthesizer that provides an extensive array of creative possibilities. Its unique oscillator waveform supports a smooth transition from a clean sine wave to a square wave, including options for pulse width modifications. With two independent LFOs, users can modulate the waveform shape and pulse width separately, enhancing sound design potential significantly. The synthesizer is equipped with precise low pass and high pass filters, along with a customizable filter attack response that reacts to velocity, enabling the production of both raw and mesmerizing sounds. Additionally, a third LFO, which can be shaped to mirror the oscillator, can control filters, gain, and pitch through modulation wheels or automated configurations. This LFO is also capable of synchronizing effortlessly with an AUv3 host. On the effects front, it boasts a lush stereo chorus, a ping-pong stereo delay that can align with the BPM of an AUv3 host, and an EQ for detailed sound adjustments. The XY pad provides control over both the oscillator and LFO, with PWM modulation along the X-axis and waveform morphing on the Y-axis. Furthermore, each axis of the oscillator's XY pad features its own mini-LFO, generating sine wave modulation for dynamic sound shaping. This expansive feature set allows musicians and sound designers to explore and redefine the limits of their audio creations, making Syndt an essential tool for innovative sound exploration.
