What is runc?

Runc is a command-line utility specifically designed for creating and managing containers based on the OCI specification, although it is exclusively compatible with Linux systems. It requires Go version 1.17 or later for compilation, and to enable seccomp features, the libseccomp library must be installed. The tool includes optional build tags that facilitate the addition of various features, many of which are enabled by default. What is JupyterHub?
