What is tomehost?

In contrast to many content management systems that focus primarily on single pages, tomehost's architecture is structured around sections, making it exceptionally well-suited for user manuals and complex technical documents. It allows for the nesting of headings up to seven levels deep, which caters perfectly to even the most detailed guides. Adding headings is a breeze, as tomehost takes care of the numbering automatically. Should you wish to rearrange a section, the system efficiently renumbers all affected headings without any manual intervention. Each heading is linked to a unique URL that remains unchanged, regardless of any edits, relocations, or new sections introduced. Although the displayed number may change, the URL itself stays consistent. The user-friendly editor's interface offers menu options next to each heading, at section dividers, and through right-clicking in the treeview, making feature access straightforward. Furthermore, users can seamlessly integrate headings, body text, alerts, notices, code snippets with syntax highlighting, images with optional captions, downloadable files, and embedded videos, significantly enriching the documentation’s overall presentation and usability. This robust framework not only streamlines the organization of complex documentation but also guarantees a smooth and efficient experience for both writers and readers alike. With tomehost, the process of creating and managing extensive technical documents becomes not just simpler, but also more intuitive.

What is Scroll Versions?

Scroll Versions empowers users to effortlessly create, manage, and share documentation within Confluence. This tool enables efficient planning, writing, and deployment of high-quality documentation, making it ideal for products that are complex and frequently evolving. It allows for the centralized management of multiple documentation versions, all within a single environment. Users can swiftly add or update documentation pages and seamlessly publish the most current version during product releases. By simply choosing the desired version, variant, and language, you can make your Confluence content accessible with just a few clicks, whether in a new or existing space. Furthermore, it is feasible to publish content to an entirely different Confluence system. A distinctive aspect of Scroll Versions is its allowance for duplicate page titles within one space, which adds flexibility to content organization. Additionally, you can rename a page without affecting existing links, as the link remains separate from the page title. The system also accommodates the management of various product variants in a unified space, with Space Administrators able to set product variants at the space level and Authors designating relevant content for specific product variants. This organized and streamlined approach not only fosters collaboration but also ensures that the documentation remains up-to-date and systematically arranged for all users involved. As a result, teams can work more efficiently and maintain clarity in their documentation efforts.
