uQualio is a video-first AI-powered LMS platform designed to create simple, impactful, and customized online training courses for both internal and external use.

uQualio was founded by Hatla Færch Johnsen and Christian Bjerre Nielsen, combining deep expertise in business psychology with high-level enterprise software engineering. Driven by the "Pippi Spirit", a mindset of resilience, creativity, and fearlessness. We built uQualio to solve the engagement crisis found in traditional LMS platforms.
