The automatic messages, order updates, and feedback requests make customer service much easier. It also helps me maintain a professional presence and stay consistent with replies. Overall, it gives me a smoother workflow, helps me grow repeat customers, and keeps me from missing important messages during hectic days.

    The most helpful feature for me is the automatic message system. It keeps my communication consistent and saves me a huge amount of time, especially because I have a busy schedule. The listing designer also makes my products look much better, and customer support always responds quickly. The platform feels modern, organized, and easy to use, which makes handling my eBay tasks far less stressful. I appreciate how smoothly everything works together in one place.

    One downside is that I now receive many more messages because of the increased interaction with customers through automation. Most of these responses are simple “thank you” messages, but they mix in with real questions. I wish there were a filter to separate automated replies from messages that actually need my attention. Still, this isn’t a real problem for me, because more customer interaction has helped my business grow, even if it adds a bit of clutter.

    Need more trial days to check the pro tools.
    they only give 7 days, its not that much.
    but i spoke with them and they extended my trial for the pro tools
    i ended up taking the CRM HELP desk
