    I would give this a 7 out of 10. On one hand it is pretty easy to use but as you start to demand more, then you realize the shortcomings.

    - Good for customer management, gives a good quick visual of the status of occupancy.
    - Support team (Jothi, Anita et al) are quickly and easily accessible to work through issues
    - Good integration of the customer and admin portals. Helpful to be able to manage this centrally.
    - Ability to generate quick reports of some basic parameters

    - Sometimes change requests can take a bit long to get implemented
    - Bugs here and there but staff always at hand to help resolve
    - Customization is not very easy-you get what you get

If we have any problems or issues or even things we think could work better or we need to work differently for us then the customer support team are always on hand and happy to help us work through things and they try their best to get these things resolved and create the things that aren't in place yet.
