I am using this site to keep tracking all my Crypto currencies so I have all information ready when it times to file the tax. ACCOINTING is actually very good company that deliver the good information of your portfolio and what you needs for Crypto currencies. After link all the wallets, the portfolio is ready to display your performance. I am upgrading to Hobbyist for tax purpose, the company let me download all form that is important to file tax return both online and manually file with accounting. The tax filing process online with the file that ACCOINTING provided is smooth and had no problem.

I was worry about it before upgrading the product but after reading all information about tax that ACCOINTING have on the website and contact customer service couple times so I have confident about the upgrading the service to help me file my tax return. I am very happy with the service I have with ACCOINTING and will continue using the service.

ACCOINTING shows all wallets that you liked and summarize all your performance in one page and it is very easy to understand.

After adding the wallets, there are some details in each transaction that I have to individually correct it and it can be confusing when I have more than 50 transactions.

Great software great website I had an amazing experience I would highly recommend it.
I used it to prepare my crypto taxes. It also created my portfolio as part of the process. I am using it ever since.

The ease of use. Very easy to upload information from various wallets and exchanges. Integration is seamless. I tried to other platforms and they were full of bugs. I got my tax report customized for the US.

Need further integration. The Trust wallet is a very popular crypto wallet and it is not supported.

Also there is no FTX US support

All in all, I know there are other options out there for tracking currencies. This was the one I chose first and I've been pretty happy with it. I'll continue to use them for tracking my trades.

I have a couple main pros with Accointing.

1) The ability to easily connect my wallets and API them too so their system just tracks my exchanges is reeeeally nice. I don't have to dig through the hot mess that was Coinbase's tax papers to find specific things or dig through other exchange histories. It's all right here in their system really easy to see.

2) I can identify quickly and label what has been mined and what has been a reward from staking. Also the system identifies transfers between wallets and exchanges pretty nicely where you just have to confirm it when reviewing (assuming you are not manually inputting it.)

3) I reached out to support only 1 time to have them add a currency and provided details on it and the contract address. It was done by the next day.

4) I like the overview page to see where all my beautiful negative gains are :)

5) The tax reporting was nice. You can change up LIFO, FIFO, etc. The report is really clean.

There was only 1 con I have ever had with Accointing.

I had an issue with the Coinbase API connection. I had finished identifying everything at one time. A month later after I had updated the new month's gains, it reported a ton of missing funds. I looked and somehow, either an api issue or Accointing issue, the funds I had labeled the previous month (though still labeled) were not being counted correctly in the system. After I re-labeled them all (it was a lot) it seemed to sort itself but it was weird. Only happened once so far.

I wish there was better DeFi tracking for Tez but no where really has that easily that I am aware of yet. One day I hope.

Great value overall. Ended up getting a subscription with this service over 5 others that I tried. Mostly easy to use, but does need a little bit of work to get everything right.

An annual subscription covers multiple years of tax reports and very good portfolio tracking. Other services charge a lot more for a single year and covers a lot fewer transactions. Recalculation between FIFO/LIFO/HIFO is very fast.

Some files are difficult to upload due to nonspecific errors. Date/time formatting ended up being the issue even though it matched the one on their template. API doesn’t pull as much data as some other services are able to (e.g. Kucoin bonuses). Most internal transfers are identified automatically, but some transactions don’t match up as internal transfers, even though time and amounts are the same for both ends. Have to delete and remake transaction different ways for them to pair. Doesn’t show gains/losses for individual trades.

I haven't used Accointing for tax purposes yet as this is the first year I will have taxable transactions, but I love being able to keep track of all my crypto assets across the board in one place.

Awesome way to consolidate various exchange and wallet balances in one place for the "BIG" picture! I can see my holding by exchange or by coin and see the gain/loss at anytime. I use Accointing multiple times throughout the day, every day just for that purpose.

Updating some data where integrations aren't in place yet is time consuming, but there aren't many that I have run across quite yet.

Smooth, I think a good product is being built here. The potential is absolutely amazing. I just need everything to work before I switch from paying my accountant to Accointing.

I think the live tracking is brilliant. Easy place to assess balances. I enjoy the quick refresh on Binance.

I can't get FTX API, and some others to work. It can be a little difficult to adjust balances / edit your own records. Mostly because it is time consuming and tedious checking across half a dozen platforms.

It's been very positive, I use it as both a portfolio tracker and tax software. I like seeing my average cost for each coin in one spot.

After researching and experimenting with a few different options, I settled on Accointing and have been happy with my decision so far. It was easy to setup, and full visibility into the data set gives me confidence that it is accurate. Importing data from different exchanges/wallets was easy.

Some of the exchanges I use don't offer apis, which isn't Accointing's fault. Manual export and import is easy enough though.

Overall I'm quite pleased with this tool and just recently upgraded to the paid version. Haven't actually tried doing my taxes yet but I'd truly be lost if I hadn't been using this to track all year.

I absolutely rely on it as the only central place to check what I currently own in what wallet or exchange, and the overall value. Its really really nice to the extent that it can auto-update through API, particularly for MetaMask where I have the most frequent transactions. When the API syncing broke for one of my accounts, customer service was responsive and fixed the issue within about a week, which I thought was satisfactory, particularly as I was only using the free version at that time.

There are still some major exchanges that have to be updated by hand, like BlockFi and Voyager.

Again I enjoy the ease of easily getting my crypto info for tax purposes onto the account while being able to track my transactions.

The ease of having crypto in one place to track as well as having the at the click of a few buttons the option to generate a crypto tax report.

So far have not come across a situation with any issues.

It has been a 10 out of a 10 so far up to this point and I hope and truly feel it will stay a 10 for a long while.

Its packed full of information of all types and kinds of all areas and fields to do with the crypto industry!

I actually did not have any complaints for ACCOINTING.

I think it will be a great platform if they can get the bugs ironed out. I would gladly pay for the tax service if they can ever find a way to get the data out of Kucoin sorted out.

I like the interface and and easy connection to most exchanges and wallets. I like that I can load all my transactions for free. The support people have been very responsive in trying to help solve issues.

Really bad data from Kucoin is a big problem. So bad it has ruined all my data to where any tax info will not be remotely correct. A little slow at adding new exchanges.

Overall, Accointing is usable. Its wallet/exchange support is good. Currently, it ranks as #2 on my list (tied with Koinly), with Cointracker #1 due to their superior interface. With a few small tweaks to the web interface and a major redesign of the mobile app, Accointing would be the industry leader.

The exchange and wallet support is on par with the rest of the products available. The interface is good but not great.

The web interface is a bit lacking. You have to flip between the Portfolio and Performance pages to view your unrealized profits. This could easily be implemented on the Portfolio page with some basic redesigning. There is also no "Net Fiat Invested," or "Cost Basis" like other products have. The mobile app is absolutely horrible. It only shows your total account value, no unrealized/realized; clicking on the asset only shows basic info about it. The web app needs a complete redesign. These cons are the only reason I keep paying for Cointracker since their interface on the web and phone are far superior. Also, it's the only product I've used where the wallet integration just stops working and takes several weeks to resolve (ADA & Matic). Needs more classifications.

Delighted with price and presentation. Keep communication up and find tuning API and your business will ROCK!

A world better interface than Coin Tracker. Data presented in colorful and expressive way that CT is missing. Coins are picked up effortlessly from API's and shown in helpful pie chart - totals are shown in different ways in dashboard which is well designed.

API does not pick up VET or HBAR. Columns are not sortable.

I like all features in Accointing, nothing is wrong by now also has many great features with lots of exchanges in it BUT!

There is an error or some kinda glitch, slowness, lag or something like that in the Android app.

Have utilized many times during the course of the year I’ve been a member, not just at tax time. If utilized properly it can help with tax decisions year around.

Know where you stand with your taxes year around. This allows you to plan ahead. My CPA loves it! If your in crypto, it’s a must have.

Everyone thinks you pay to much for different services but not here, great value!

I am a daily user of Accointing based in the U.S. I plan to use this for my 2021 taxes. I switched to Accointing from other competing products and haven't looked back. The flexible tools for manually adding and tweaking transactions has been fantastic. I keep track of almost everything in Accointing, a few things like staking I keep track outside the app.

I use automatic API imports on exchanges Coinbase, Coinbase Pro, Gemini, Kraken, BinanceUS, Celsius, and Uphold.

I also use automatic wallet imports for BitCoin, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20), Binance Chain (BEP-2), Tezos, and Stellar.

I use manual spreadsheet imports for Fantom Network, Cardano, Polkadot, FTX.US, and Robinhood.

One thing I wish was a bit more clear, is staking deposits, withdrawals, and LP tokens.

* Sometimes a single transaction needs to be recorded twice in the spreadsheets if it produces 2 or more output coins.

Cheaper than the other crypto tax services on the market. Extremely easy to use and file. The app works amazingly!

Easiest & super fast tax filing and a great app! Very cheap too! Loved the holding period feature. No glitches in the app!

Amazing , Seamless - allowed importing all my exchanges.

Txns were pulled in and it generated tax reports in a jiffy!

It was a breeze to setup - I was able to import all my exchanges (3+)

It would be even better if app can handle tax reports as well rather than having to switch to desktop version.

It's a great app very user friendly. They are always making improvements. I have nothing bad to say about it.

This app is great. I can take care of all my crypto needs in one place. I've tried several others apps but this one is the best.

There's nothing I have not liked. It's user friendly and improving all the time.

My overall experience has been excellent. I will continue to use this and look forward to being able to figure out my taxes easily when I need to report earnings (or losses) next year. I haven't used it long enough to know, but continuing to add new features really makes me want to continue using a product, so I hope this is a priority for the team.

The overall design is fabulous and easy to use. The APIs work great and inputting data automatically from wallet addresses and exchanges is very easy. Both the website and the iPhone app design are simple, informative, and quick to load. I have things spread out between a lot of different wallets and exchanges. Before I heard about Accointing I was trying to use excel spreadsheets and there was just too much to keep track of. Now it's automatic.

There are not too many cons, just some features I wish were offered. I would like the ability to organize all the different column categories by clicking on them (highest to lowest and vice versa). You can with the app, but not on the website. There should be a way to see the fees paid in each currency, and total fees in USD or BTC. I'm guessing this is in the tax report, but I won't need to use it until next year. I would really like to be able to see further back than the YTD on the graphs. It's a little cumbersome to get to profit/loss for each coin on the app. I wish it was displayed under the coin so you didn't have to click it and go to another screen. Lastly, I think it's important that 2FA security is offered. There is a lot of sensitive information that could be gleaned from accessing someone's account, even if not access to the accounts themselves.
