AMOS by ASP.MD is a medical office system designed to support both clinical care and practice operations from one integrated platform. The system includes a browser-based EHR that is ONC certified, HIPAA compliant, and available in a mobile web version. AMOS supports data sharing across ASP locations, giving practices a way to share information between sites while maintaining centralized access. Its clinical tools include charting, powerful data visualizations, document management, ePrescribing, diagnostics, patient portal features, eligibility checking, eFax, telemedicine, population health, reporting, and remote patient monitoring. The platform’s integrated AI capabilities include a knowledge base, patient analyzer, visit summarizer, note polisher, patient interviewer, coding assistance, and batch or real-time transcription. ePrescribing features include one-click common medications, diagnosis-recommended medications, drug-drug checks, drug-disease checks, drug-allergy checks, electronic prior authorizations, formulary and benefits information, and controlled substance prescribing. Diagnostic workflows support electronic order entry, electronic results, free orders and results interfaces, charted results over time, and result-based diagnostic decision support. The patient portal allows patients to book appointments, register, complete checklists and questionnaires, participate in AI patient interviews, view or download charts, communicate with the practice, and pay bills.
