I've been with ASPHostPortal for almost eight years. I like that I can make changes to the server myself, but they can handle managed servers (such as DNS, firewalls, anti-virus software, etc.). Many servers prevent you from altering configurations such as the SSL settings, blacklist, and other security settings.

They can't specialize in everything, so every now and then I run into a problem that is too specific for them to help with. I can't even consider this a complaint because they are so excellent overall.
