    ATX Tax Software

    Updated: Oct 18 2021
    Summary

The worst experience with the ATX for the tax years 2019 and 2020.

I spend hours on telephone with the tech personal to make software working properly. A few minutes ago the 2020 software got "fixed" but it continues crashing and hours of work getting lost.

    Positive

User friendly software. I've been using this software since 2003.
Simple to install and easy to update.

    Negative

The tax years 2019 and 2020 are the worst experience with the ATX Tax software. The software is crashing all the time or unable to open at all.
