As I compare Aweber with various other email marketing tools, Aweber stands out and delivers the best result for my marketing needs. Using this platform we have been able to deliver an insane amount of emails to potential clients at one time. Overall, this platform is intuitive and performs very well in any marketing needs.

The biggest plus point of Aweber is its drag-and-drop customization. Also, its interface is simple and minimal. No Aweber branding or watermark in any prebuild themes. Campaign reports are excellent, it gives me real-time data on user interaction with an email.

Unsubscribed user lists are not getting updated in real-time.

I’ve been using AWeber for over 10 years now. I’ve spent a lot of time segmenting my subscriber list, which has allowed me to do more specific targeting. As mentioned, the customer service is also great. I always feel like they’ll have my back.

The customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve needed assistance with tagging subscribers, segmenting my lists, etc, they’ve always been happy to help.

The design layout of the email templates could use a modern update. Also would love a fully functional mobile friendly way to send emails rather than having to do it on the computer.

No real downside to Aweber. It's limited to email marketing, so just keep that in mind.
