Overall, my experience with SMARTcare has been extremely positive and the product is a good solution for our scheduling and invoicing needs.

Ease of use and navigational directions to interface between screens and various functions as well as the reporting features.

It would be more helpful if the customer service staff was a little larger for immediate needs.

It has been a great experience from the very start. I couldn't be more pleased with the software or the people who have helped me through the process.

SMARTcare has exceeded my expectations. It is so user friendly from admin to caregiver to client. It provided more features than I had thought possible. I do not need to keep any paper files and am able to use SMARTcare for every need my agency has. It makes staffing a breeze and makes sure I am aware immediately if a caregiver has not shown up to their scheduled shift. It allows clients and their family to see the most up to date schedule and what care is being provided. I could go on and on. This software has saved me from hours a day doing tedious busywork to being able to spend that time marketing my company.

I have not found anything that I haven't liked about SMARTcare. I am more impressed everyday with it.

Overall SMARTcare has helped us a lot and other homecare providers as well.

There are some pros to mention like:
-The best thing about this software is all the scheduling features.
-You can create schedules and different shifts for caretakers.
-It has a very clean interface, very easy to use.
-Save your time as it helps you to create schedules and shifts very fast compared to manual process.
-Provides you a very great service and are always eager to listen to customer issues.

-Not a con but when I have an issue on how to handle something in the app it takes time to get immediate solution.

I would suggest any new company or anyone thinking of making a switch to use SMARTcare Software. The ease of use is by far a pro of this system. And to have your staff be able to see everything they need right on the app, can free your scheduler up tremendously from having to make constant contact with staff for shifts or to get their schedule.

This is a very user friendly system. Our company worked with SMARTcare's knowledgeable team to customize our system to merge with our Human Resources and Payroll system! Their account reps also have been very helpful with questions or concerns we have had from the very start. They see like they very much want anyone using their system to use all the tools and features that would best fit your companies needs.

We are still waiting on some new tools/suggestions to be produced but with all things it takes time! We are happy to wait as we are happy to know that our suggestions are taken into consideration when modifying and improving their software.

We love SMARTcare and everything they do for us. They treat us like family! We hope to be with them for a very long time!

Very easy to use and the customer service is great. The SMARTcare team is super friendly and helpful and is willing to add/customize the software to better fit your needs. You will not be disappointed with this company!
