Overall, I feel so grateful that my company chose Absorb as our LMS. The training and onboarding has been really great and worthwhile. I love the content creation tools in Absorb Create and I am excited by the new AI features.

Ease of use. Great Support staff. Absorb is always pushing the boundaries on what an LMS can offer to a company. I love the current platform and I am so excited by what the future holds.

So far I have not had any issues with content creation and implementation. When I need help on any subject to broaden my own understanding, the support staff is quick to help and always are so pleasant to work with.

Overall, I am excited to be getting close to fully using this product. It will help us greatly.
I also would like to comment about our CSM-Melissa Wu-She is very knowledgeable and is able to provide answers almost immediately. When she can't she dives in and gets the answers usually in the same day. She doesn't make me feel stupid about the questions I have, even if they are simple one. She is a great asset to your company!!
* I love the product itself and the way that it is set up. Once we have finished all the final touches and start to use it full time, it will free up so much of my day (no more manual tracking!)!

*I believe that this product will be very user friendly for those employees who are not computer literate. That helps a lot.

I wish that you had in-person trainings. I am a hands-on learner and sometimes feel lost or don't feel that my understanding of the material is correct. I would love to be able to immerse myself in the product without the worry that I will screw up ours. We do have a sandbox version, but it is still not enough. I need someone to show me step by step how to use it . This is very important to me since I will be the admin.
I wish the uploading of employee attachments was present (past certs, quizzes prior to using this program). These items are important to the educational history of the employee and need to be included. I am presently not sure if this is possible and hoping that I am wrong.

This platform is extremely customizable which is great but the learning curve from an admin end was pretty steep. If I wasn't tech savvy I think I would have struggled.

They are eliminating a lot of my day to day admin work. The system allows file feeds which help set up new users and places them in the correct trainings. I have a lot more time to work on other projects now.

The ease of use! Our employees have enjoyed the easy navigation of the portal. I love the admin page and find it to be so helpful when pulling reports and loading new users.

I struggle with setting up live courses but this might be trial and error on my part. I probably need to just get the hang of it.

I am happy with Absorb and will continue to use Absorb and would recommend Absorb to others because it met my current needs in a LMS.

I really love their quick 24/7 support and I love that you can also call them and someone will pick up the phone. because usually that is very urgent so having someone to pick up the phone right away is really important.

I think Absorb seems to be limited in customization but maybe I just don't fully know how to use the LMS.

Overall, we enjoy using Absorb and find the customer support to be unparalleled to other platforms. We appreciate the attention to the new features being rolled out and are looking forward to implementing them into our company.

There are many pros to using Absorb such as the consistent and reliable customer support, ease of use in the platform, depth of features, and the ability to customize the platform.

We are a global franchise system, so some features are not available or cannot be taken advantage of because of how we structured the backend. For instance, our franchise owners cannot enroll their staff in courses without allowing them to bypass other permissions we have set up. We are partnering with our customer support rep to find a solution, but it is a pain point right now.

Its a very easy product to intergrade for your company's needs. They have a great FAQ/Help section on their website that will answer most of your questions. If you can't find the answer there, then they have a fantastic Client Success Manager.

Better mobile integration would be incredible. Other than that, I am very happy with this LMS

Great LMS that's easy to use as a leaner or administrator. The analytics behind it are fantastic for our team. I also love how customizable it is as well as the great customer experience it provides!

So easy to implement and begin using. Absorb LMS has a lot of great learning experiences and reporting features. From an admin perspective it's so easy to use and very intuitive.

Survey feature isn't quite where our team needs it to be. A lot of limitations with Create as well from a design perspective.

The Absorb LMS has been easy to implement and manage. Our users find this system to be user friendly, and we rarely run into issues that are not easily resolved.

I find the LMS to be user friendly for the System Admins, and our representative, Claire, is always available to answer questions.

I use the Absorb LMS all day, everyday! My only complaint is that I have to log in several times a day. As a System Admin, I would prefer that it keep me logged in, until I log out at the end of each day.

There is so much creative space on this platform. My organization used it for the content creation of an entrepreneurship training and found the creative liberties to be very exciting. As a Program Coordinator on the project, it was very enjoyable to play with the functionalities.

Much of the LMS did not feel intuitive and some processes were multiple steps long when they felt like they should have been shrunk down.

The overall experience has been wonderful with great features and customer service. I would recommend Absorb to other companies.

This LMS platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. The help resources on Absorb's website are very useful and easy to find answers to feature requests. The customer service has been excellence and always respond promptly and able to set up meetings if required.

Absorb LMS has made a huge difference by automatically adding new users to the system and enrolling them in all the required compliance and training courses. This means no one slips through the cracks, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do. It's been a massive time-saver for us. The reporting tools are also super helpful, making it easy to see who’s completed what.

The other benefit has been the incredible support from our Client Success Manager, Kirsten. Her advice and guidance have really taken our experience with the LMS to the next level. I can't imagine how we’d manage without her.

The visual design. While the platform is highly functional, its overall look and feel could benefit from a more modern, updated aesthetic.

Overall, my experience with Absorb has been great and they are a great company to work with. They offer many solutions that enable better training and development and provide a solid platform for organizations of many sizes.

Integration managers are quick to respond, helpful, have a clearly laid out plan for implementation right from the start removing any guess work. The support team is also very helpful after implementation!

Although it is still early days, we are confident this was exactly what we need to meet our current demand and to grow with us. The implementation phase is over, but I know we will have solid support on an ongoing basis.

While Absorb LMS is generally great, the customization options for branding and the user interface could be more flexible. Additionally, the out of the box reporting leaves something to be desired. These minor issues, however, do not significantly detract from the overall functionality and performance of the platform.

While we have regular interaction with Tamar, we have also found most folks with whom we have connected at Absorb to be knowledgeable and willing to help. They have taken any concerns seriously and worked to help us resolve them promptly.

We were very fortunate to have "Success Manager" Tamar Lupo when we implemented Absorb! She is responsive and takes the time to explain things in a user friendly way - knowledgeable without being to "techy". Her ability to provide an overview of how we can get to our end goal both with what we have already purchased and but also new features or add-ons that may be beneficial -but not too "salesy".

This was a very expensive investment - and we went a bit over budget in our first year, but have managed better in our subsequent years with the support of Absorb team who made excellent recommendations to best suit our needs.
