Love to see the appreciation messages that the associates send to each other, The prizes are amazing also! Maybe they can lower some of the points for each item. I think the amount of points one needs for an item is too much

I love the social part of the app; it is like Facebook for CSL...LOL, another source to get communication out to our associates.

I wish there was not a limit on the how many characters in the title of the post.

I just believe this is a great tool all companies should use it. The point system is a plus with the gifts. Employees really enjoy this app. I receive nothing but positive feedback.

Abundantly is great , it allows you to give great feedback in praises to co-workers. Abundantly allows us to appreciate one another it really helps with the jobs morals.

I would like to see hourly employees to receive at least 50 point to share with coworkers. They are allow to give praises but no points.

I love the app, and it works well most of the time. We've just had some issues with a couple of managers awarding points.

Using the abundantly app is a great way to keep your staff up-to-date and engaged in what is happening at your company.

Gifting points can be an issue. Some managers have had issues with points not being downloaded to them or with gifting them.

Very user friendly once you get the hang of it! Provides a great resource for acknowledging our team members in real time. But can also be used "later" for when you have a spare moment.

Not enough points, sometimes wifi is an issue in community. Wish it was equals points for all department heads.

The system is slow. I have tried on android and iphone and both seem to have some lag.

I find it a positive tool, but many associates will not download the app or check it frequently. The website on the mobile platform is rather clunky.

I like that management is able to recognize associates and that associates are able to recognize each other.

App can be slow at times and not load all information. Losing points that are not used at the end of the month. It is another app, and staff do not want to download it.
