So happy we made the switch to AestheticsPro!

We have 4 locations that we can easily manage within the software, we started off with 3 locations and it was a very easy process to add our 4th! You can easily customize all your options differently for each location or you can use the same options when it comes to services offered, pricing, forms, etc. Everything is very user friendly for both our staff and our patients accessing their client portal. AP is constantly updating with new features and always listens to our feedback. Our dedicated account manager Daija Martos is so helpful and is always happy to jump on a call with us whenever needed! Daija checks in with us regularly to update us with new features and see if we need any assistance which is much appreciated. We came from using an older software (Orchid) that was not cloud based and using AestheticsPro is a night-and-day difference!
PositivePros: User friendly for staff and patients, streamlined, cloud-based, technical support is always available and quickly responds, everything is customizable with forms, services, etc., dedicated account manager that regularly checks in
NegativeCons: Forms can't be partially filled out by the staff and then sent to a client's portal for signature, sometimes you need to hard reset or clear cookies/cache if there's slow loading times

Date: Feb 19 2025SummaryI’m very happy with this EMR for my MedSpa. They are always improving to make it easier to use. The ability to find clients, upload photos, and chart is great. I love the secure feeling the ability to email and the marketing. Client find it nice to fill out the paperwork prior to their arrival. This is a very easy to chart on application.
PositiveEasy to use and if you have a problem several different ways to find the answer! Amazing customer service!! Always improving the quality and service.
NegativeHave to put a lot of work in to start! Unable to scan documents into the application! Would make it easier for consents and such that AestheticsPro doesn’t already have such as the BYL equipment.

PositiveLove the interface and ease of use. We had an old system made specifically for our industry but was old and hadn't been updated. Really like the online booking feature. It's saved us from chasing leads to book appts.
NegativeSome of the marketing features aren't ready for prime time yet. May want an alternative for that. We can't make a newsletter so we're using another program. We've had issues with support but my rep has been really helpful.
