    So happy we made the switch to AestheticsPro!

    Our company loves using AestheticsPro! We have 4 locations that we can easily manage within the software, we started off with 3 locations and it was a very easy process to add our 4th! You can easily customize all your options differently for each location or you can use the same options when it comes to services offered, pricing, forms, etc. Everything is very user friendly for both our staff and our patients accessing their client portal. AP is constantly updating with new features and always listens to our feedback. Our dedicated account manager is so helpful and is always happy to jump on a call with us whenever needed! Our account manager checks in with us regularly to update us with new features and see if we need any assistance which is much appreciated. We came from using an older software (Orchid) that was not cloud based and using AestheticsPro is a night-and-day difference!

    Had been logged out of my account for 5 days and had very little help from the calls made to my client success manager - today I called tech support and they corrected everything within 5 min. 10/10 to tech support of this program. Truly today was a huge save!

    Super responsible support team, not just for a session I had today but any time I've sent a ticket, I literally hear back in 30-40 mins, if not in the next hour. They are on top of it!
    The solution is quick and they list everything I need.
    There are videos that accompany the tasks however at times, I have specific questions and therefore find that using the support team via the ticket submissions is easiest, because I can explain things EXACTLY the way I want!
    I wouldn't have got this far with AP without them! Love the system and looking forward to them adding more !

    Overall, it's a great system that you can use in your business, no matter how big or small, and tailor specifically to fit your needs. The support staff are exceedingly friendly and attentive and are readily available to help you get started, which is a big deal!

    The charting records are very thorough. You can make it as simple or detailed as you wish. I also love that there are so many options for your business. You can invoice and create memberships. I use it daily for scheduling and my charting in my small business. My clients love the text reminders they receive for appointments.

    It was overwhelming at first because I had to create and configure everything from the pre-existing forms, and tailor the documents to my needs. I am used to someone doing this for me, so it seemed like a lot initially. Once I worked through this fear, everything went well and I'm now enjoying my environment.

    If we were to choose, one of the cons would be the need for appointment reminders. I want to be two steps away with the client verifying the appointment and able to cancel it if they wish to keep the calendar open for other potential clients, instead of staff needing to call clients constantly.

    My experience with AestheticPro was very positive and strait forward. Our initial point of contact, a sales executive, was very professional, enthusiastic and supportive. She was very accessible and responsive and made it a no-brainer decision for us to join AestheticPro.
    Our client success manager, our primary technical point of contact, was extremely knowledgable and supportive in helping us with the initial EMR system setup and in providing ongoing support. She was very patient with us in helping us navigate the system and answered all of our questions to make it a seamless and easy process. Our client success manager was an outstanding resource for us.

    Some additional costs for more users is understandable, but could get more expensive than expected as we add additional staff.

    I’m very happy with this EMR for my MedSpa. They are always improving to make it easier to use. The ability to find clients, upload photos, and chart is great. I love the secure feeling the ability to email and the marketing. Client find it nice to fill out the paperwork prior to their arrival. This is a very easy to chart on application.

    I have been a client of AestheticsPro since 2018.
    It is almost the best Medical Spa software in the market. It is HIPAA compliant which you can not easily find with other the softwares.

    A very Strong customer service support, our rep is very pleasant and knowledgeable
    It is Versatile

    Negative

    AP is an Expensive software.
    AP Marketing Software for template creation is AWFUL, It has never been upgraded, It is very difficult to use and it makes numerous mistakes.
    AP uses Twilio as the third party for SMS, Twilio is THE WORST in the market.
    There is not a way to upload a custom photo for the background of your Book Now page.
    AP does not offer biometric login capabilities.
    It does not allow me to add rewards points to prior clients.
    There is no features for Certificate and emailing rewards points to the clients.
    There is no feature to specify reward points to an specific service, ie. Reward points dedicate only to RF Microneedling

    Wonderful, just wonderful. From launch to the use of the product is very self explanatory and there is little to know trouble when you need help. I love this software!

    The service is so easy to use and set up. The staff are wonderful. EVERYTHING is wonderful! I am very happy with this software and it is everything I needed as a small business owner.

    I would have liked some help entering my services, or a better way to enter them in bulk. It's easy to set up a service, but setting up a lot is a couple days of work to make sure everything is perfect.
