    Summary

    Worst experience of my life with a EMR and I’ve used many different ones with 28 military moves. I feel like my tech-support issues are being managed by a bunch of teenagers.

    Positive

    None, I was promised so many things that didn’t come through when I signed up. I don’t have any pros to describe.

    Negative

    Worst software I’ve ever used and worst customer service ever!. Many charts have been missing for over 9 months with repeated failed attempts to get ahold of customer service. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to talk to a live person for support. No one gets back to you except via email.. Multiple bugs that failed to get fixed. Credit card processing is way over priced. Too many issues to explain in one review.
