Agentricks is a decent software, it's a gem in its category.

They provide exceptional service and support for the price you pay.

If try to avoid training they give, you will miss things that are important to know. So go for the 15 minutes training, and you are good to go with confidence.

For detailed information, please read other reviews. I am totally agree with them. What I find useful in this software is instant WhatsApp notifications with WhatsApp desktop. My customers are happy with the notifications and alerts about amount deposited and account status.

I am using this software since more than a year. My customers are referring me to their contacts for post office investments. I am getting a never before growth.

Since past three months they provide automatic updates within the software. This is very smoother experience.

My Agentricks - Subscription management is very helpful to access the software subscription information and renewing it.

You can get ASLAAS card numbers automatically from the portal. This software removes all that burden.

This software works with DOP Portal for the accounts data. You can not manually create accounts in this. But from data safety and integrity point of view this is actually a plus point.

If a measure change on portal, the automation part may stop working. But the developers provide solution for it with just 2-3 days. This is also both Pro and Con.

Very good experience to manage my over grown Post Office agency business. With Agentricks, I am able to manage my agency easily. And take important actions quickly that helps me server my customers up to date.

All above cons until 15 December 2021, Because they said it will be fixed in next update. If it is fixed, then in my opinion there are no cons. :-)

- Fixed screen size of software. It's ok for 1366x768 screens, for larger screens, it feels like some antivirus software.
- You need to currently depend on Reports for Collection entries. No Android App yet for Collection. They said its coming... and... I am waiting.

It was a decent experience while using this software.
Specially preparing a lot from previous lot was just a matter of four clicks and lot was ready in seconds. When I had to deposit a few amount of first half lots, prior to collection, I could do it and receive amount later. This helped me analyse how much amount I directly deposit every month, over the period I minimised the risk with help of Agentricks.

They told that they are launching Android app soon. I am eagerly waiting for it.

Since default fee calculations for RD installments are complex in nature, calculations are correct at 90% of the times. For remaining 10% of times if the predicted default fees mismatches with final downloaded report, you can still manually adjust the default and rebit amounts of the lot to make the thing more accurate.
