We mostly have been using it for our in house followup and task and project management. It is designed and very functional for other uses like help desk type of ticket management and Contract/Document management as well.

We compared database enterprise systems and Agiloft and Another won out of all that we looked through. The entry price into Agiloft enterprise suite is to good to ignore. PositiveI like everything about it. It’s amazing what you can do with it. I can only think of positive things when I think about Agiloft. It has saved a bunch of time for me. I highly suggest anyone that needs to keep track of tasks use this software.
