    JustTip is a tailored Tronc and tipping platform for UK hospitality, used by hundreds of operators from independent venues to multi-site enterprise groups. Most Tronc tools hand you a template. We build custom tip splits based on how your venue actually runs, including complex splits by role, shift, department, hours, points, KPI's or any mix ideal for multisite groups with multiple team structures. Compliance with the Tipping Act 2023 is built in. JustTip is an HMRC-registered Troncmaster, so every distribution rule, written policy and audit record the legislation requires is managed automatically, and the platform updates with future changes to the Code of Practice automatically. Tips run through the Tronc rather than your payroll, meaning 15% employer's NIC stays in the business and 8% employee NIC stays with staff. The platform connects to existing payment terminals, EPOS and rostering tools, with live dashboards for finance and HR, and individual dashboards for every member of the team to track and manage their own tips.
