JustTip is an HMRC-registered Troncmaster, so every distribution rule, written policy and audit record the legislation requires is managed automatically, and the platform updates with future changes to the Code of Practice automatically. Tips run through the Tronc rather than your payroll, meaning 15% employer's NIC stays in the business and 8% employee NIC stays with staff. The platform connects to existing payment terminals, EPOS and rostering tools, with live dashboards for finance and HR, and individual dashboards for every member of the team to track and manage their own tips.
