Best Switch Ever
Date: Jan 01 2020SummaryOverall the system is great. We are more efficient, billing can be reviewed sooner and more accurate. My staff like that they have less steps to update each clients medical records. No more digital paper process, Alleva designed the system to match what we actually do every day. Really impressed and service is quick and always there.
PositiveAlleva has been perfect. We were using another system but the support was bad and they were just generally awful. Alleva answers the phone or chat is always there. Even sometimes late at night when I am updating the schedules. We used to have programming issues and days would get away before we would recognize it. Alleva helps us track it in teal time and group and therapy notes all get added during and right after. Even my biggest procrastinators are getting stuff in same day.
NegativeCould be faster. Faster than what we came off of, but I was in a hospital before and our systems were lightning fast. They could have been more aggressive in the sales cycle. They knew how bad the people were we were working with. I guess they kept it professional but things are soooo much better now.
