Easy to use
Updated: Aug 10 2021SummarySurprised about the maturity of the solution. Still some features on the roadmap but the necessary stuff is there.
PositiveThe ease of setup complex data mappings and the various way's we can setup the integrations. We had a use case were we needed to store data in a caching table, we could easily facilitate that via the platform.
Further more I really like the monitoring of all mappings so you can easily find where errors occur. Really saved us a lot of time debugging.NegativeTheir professional services are quite busy. I needed some support in a new mapping template. Since we were not very experienced with the platform I reached out for some help. Needed to wait 2 day's before I was contacted. Would be nice if they work on that. (support though was professional though, so my issues were solved swiftly.
