I'd recommend MindCloud to anyone looking to integrate and automate. If it's a repetitive process between systems you're likely paying too much to do it manually or going through daily headaches. Jamie and team helped us offload manual csv processes and also build new complex API integrations to expand our business.

Easy, Fast, and Fairly Priced. Jamie and his team understood our requirements and quickly got to action with our integrations. We started with one small project but ended up doing over a dozen integrations with MindCloud. They communicated well with us but also with the 3rd party we were integrating with, keeping the projects on track. Our projects ranged from simple SFTP connectivity to a more complex gift card management system.

Because we had a lot of custom work the UI wasn't as useful for us. Additionally, some of our integrations were test channels and different suppliers that we weren't sure how they would pan out for our business, the ones that didn't work out ended up costing more overall.

Javier & Jamie have been great to work with. They have been very understanding of our high and immediate "demands". The system they have developed is very user friendly allowing us to easily run a flow when needed in between the scheduled runs. We are in the process of setting up many more flows with them to further allow our business to move better and faster with less double entry.

We hire Mind Cloud to convert our API workflows from another company. They were able to review all our existing documentation and build the majority of the flows without additional meetings etc. So we were able to not start from scratch again. They have been very responsive, when we have changes to flows or errors on a flow. On top of this they re-did some of the logic to make them make better sense and give us a faster result on many flows.

Due to them using existing documentation, they made a few judgement calls without consulting us, that caused a slight delay in our go live date. It overall finished 2 weeks before our anticipated date which was great. It would have been better to ask us before assuming a change in a flow.

Extremely happy with the integration achieved. I think it is a way for Aspire users to gain a CRM with many more capabilities.

Impressive ability to connect Aspire and HubSpot for the critical data that we needed to sync.
Great sales team and support staff; they took their time to understand our needs and tailored an amazing solution.

Programming the flow of data between any two systems is time-consuming. It is essential to understand your data and have a vendor that also understands. the MindCloud team is great at listening and understanding what is needed between many different systems.

Again, the process is time-consuming and can't be rushed. We were under a time crunch, but we were able to meet the deadline with the team's expertise.

I have worked with the MindCloud team and I was impressed with the level of support and excellency they put in their work. I genuinely appreciate how they adapted their schedule and process to accommodate our needs. MindCloud helped us deliver our market analysis project on time by making a streamlined integration with target platforms. Other tools certainly exist but they are either too complex or hard to navigate most of the time. MindCloud is the right product that perfectly fits our needs. Not to mention the degree of support you get with it.

Having a direct connection with the team makes the experience so unique compared to when using other off-the-shelf products. You get immediate attention upon any assistance requests. The product is doing what is expected with minimum to no latency. I have had worse experience with other more popular products that eventually under performed. That is why we looked for other tools until we found MindCloud. Not to mention, it turns out to be more cost effective for our needs.

They were moments where we missed some data but it appeared to be a misconfiguration on our side. MindCloud were actually able to intercept the disconnection and proposed to update our settings on our behalf. The team in MindCloud is proactively monitoring our account which is very assuring. Other than that, I do not recall having experienced anything negative.

Highly enjoyable experience working with MindCloud. 10/10 recommend. It's not just the quality of the product but the ease of communication with the team that made the difference.

MindCloud has been a godsend. Over time we've invested so much time and energy in monitoring different platforms that are supposed to make our life easier, and to a certain degree they do but there is not one platform that can handle everything we do. With MindCloud this is no longer a problem. They took great care to listen to us, fully understand what we needed and wanted and got to work with their magic. All the time that we used to spend monitoring platforms is now invested into something we value so much more, our clients. Thank you MindCloud.

I definitely want to take a moment to share how delighted we have been with MindCloud. I came to them with very specific requirements and a very aggressive timeline to move off another iPaaS solution before an upcoming renewal. Jamie and rest of the team were so easy to work with. We got the integration done ahead of schedule and working better than it did on the old platform. I'm already thinking of the other projects they can help me on!

Lucky me I found them before the advent of the Open A.I. revolution. Now I have a guide in the wilderness who will not abandon me to the Tech Tangle.

I loved working with MindCloud! Jaime & David are absolutely awesome. I have to work will many Third-party contractors on a regular basis in my role, and MindCloud has been the best experience by far. Our work ethic and communication styles align in such a way that makes the entire process seamless & enjoyable. MindCloud enables great automated functions to manage Purchase Orders, get inventory, update inventory, update and track shipping and more.

So far there is no disadvantage I can see. If there is a special suggestion/request, it is always quickly solved!

This is the best integration platform out there and is the perfect solution for companies that need integrations but don't want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on software and IT staff required by the competition.

MindCloud has been our integration partner for the past year and connected over 15 sites to our Salesforce platform. MindCloud are always available for questions or support. Building new integrations is way faster than the team we used before.

So far there has been no cons with using the MindCloud Connections platform. Any issues that did come up were rapidly fixed within hours of bringing these up.
