    Without a doubt, Amber has provided us with the best customer service possible. Fast, friendly and professional. We do not have an IT department or have tech pros on staff. Amber was able to break down all processes so that we could easily understand and operate. What could have been a very stressful endeavor ended up being a pleasure.

    The cloud based PIM solution by Amber allowed us complete flexibility in creating a template that met our very unique needs. We were able to broaden its purpose to also use it as a digital archive for our very heavy images and videos. It was super easy to use - after a tutorial from Amber team we were able to maneuver it immediately. Most of all - we liked the people at Amber. They responded immediately and had patience with us. They always followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

    We liked everything - their customer service was outstanding, their pricing fair and the product works exactly as promised.

    My experience has been wonderful overall. The staff is always there to help. They have made it easy to organize my information and get it to my customers quickly!

    Wonderful customer service. The portal is easy to navigate. Exports are quick. Easy to import information.

    Negative

    Doesn't have all the features to export some sheets for a couple of my major accounts.
