For over a hundred years, AmericanChurch, Inc. has partnered with a variety of churches and organizations to improve donation efforts, support ministries, and encourage the development of congregations. In our printing processes, we consciously avoid harmful chemicals, opting instead for water-soluble inks. Each year, ACI manages to recycle approximately 264,000 pounds of scrap paper, which equates to around 132 tons kept out of landfills. Additionally, we source our paper from mills certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), which is then processed at facilities accredited by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) before it reaches us. This unwavering dedication to sustainability not only embodies our core values but also underscores our obligation to safeguard the planet for future generations, ensuring that our efforts today will lead to a better tomorrow. Through these practices, we aim to inspire others to join in our mission of environmental stewardship.

    Poor Quality - Custom Giving Envelopes

    Summary

    If the other 100 sets of custom envelopes look like the one that has been received so far, I don't want to give these to my congregation. But because the envelopes were not shipped when promised, I have no recourse. I would guess that they know this.

    Hard pressed to find anything positive to say. The sales rep was pleasant and kind (although misinformed about a number of things).

    Negative

    I created and submitted my own full-color design. The sales rep promised in email that our envelopes would be shipped no later than 12/1. They shipped on 12/17. As of 12/23, we've only received one set of 101 ordered. That set looks like it was printed on an ink jet printer that was running out of ink. There's a line right through the middle of the envelope. Very poor quality control.
