Can't say enough about their team, they are absolutely phenomenal and treat you like family. I've used AmpiFire for multiple businesses and they have delivered every time!

Easy to use, they do exactly as they promise, and then go above and beyond! It's so rare to find a vendor that delivers consistently, do exactly as they say they will do, and then do even more for you. They completely become a part of the team wanting what's best for the company they are working with.

Backend was confusing at first but once I got the walkthrough I use it all the time.

The software and content produced has gotten way better over the years. If applied correctly, based on the extensive training they provide, you can set up your customers for success.

While I'm using these guys, there are no cons for me.

AmpiFire is truly one of those tools you want to have in your marketing tool box. It's prefect for any business without an in-house content marketing team and its distribution power is unmatched (from what I have seen in the marketplace). I would recommend combining the use of this service with your own paid and SEO marketing efforts to maximize results.

- It is not branded content, so if you are looking for content that uses your templates, branding guidelines, video reels and other, then this is not the service for you. It's designed to be 3rd party content.
- It's only available in English, so English websites, English content, etc. I guess designed for English speaking markets.
- Increases in organic traffic to any site being promoted can take months to achieve, so not immediate.

I purchased AmpiFire because I have a new e-store and don’t have time to focus on content but want to find ways to get more organic reach. Im in the early phases so this has saved me a tonne of time, it’s really easy to use and support has been great.

I'm certain I’ve had leads through to the site and I can see that my exposure has increased, but I would like to know exactly where those leads have come from and I can’t track that on the site.

Overall this is some fantastic software and I am very happy with it being completely whitelabel friendly. It's fantastic for getting clients interested by showing the incredible reach/visibility that I can get for them and the pricing
compared to results allows for a great profit margin.

The support team is attentive, the onboarding was fast and easy, my clients are very happy with their results and I am looking forward to working with them well into the future.

Platform is easy to use and looks good, does take a while to load sometimes though!

Sometimes the press releases aren't exactly what my clients are looking for, but after a few tweaks from myself or the writing team they are good to go.

Can be automated to a degree, but if you are doing a lot of content (I do over 8 "amps" a month) then it mostly entails actually sending the form through 8 times. However, this form fill takes about 5 minutes to complete so it's really not an issue.

Having used it for a while now, we've found it very useful as an additional tool to our existing strategies. We've been able to do a lot more than we would have been able to if we tried to hire more people for the team (which would have been far too costly!).

The software has allowed us and the other two departments that use it to do the work of a team pretty much double their size. Output has doubled which has been good for department growth which has been consistently on the up since we joined. There's not really much effort needed once you get the hang of it which means rolling it out across the company was straight-forward.

- Couple of bugs that we faced at the start but these were addressed/ironed out with the recent updates
- Need to plan ahead as lead time can be 7+ days at points
- Each department (3 in total) had to adopt slightly different strategies to maximise results,

A really easy and effective tool, support is always there and their reply is less than a day at most and they always help me with my questions when I need answers or general help.

We started using this software at the beginning of the year and have to say that it has changed our business in so many ways, we like the software, it is easy to use and far more effective than any other content strategy I have tried to do before, I don't have a lot of time to post to all these channels myself so it eliminates 100% of that work for me.

I would like some way to track the leads and statistics of who might be seeing this content from the platform, either way I know it's helping but need some more tracking metrics on that to get a bigger picture.

Overall we've loved it so far and hope it's as effective for our other locations when we open them down the line!

There's been basically no learning curve for our team since integrating the software into part of our content strategy. The interface is easy to get around and can be used by any team member given its simplicity. As a smaller business, It's been a godsend for getting our name out to where it needs to be.

Would like to see a bit more detail on the reporting side and the ability to merge it with our CRM.

Keep doing what you're doing and being as accessible as you are now! Having used it a while and with the results we've achieved we're happy.

Very smooth onboarding process and clear strategy outline by our account manager that's been great for us. As we're a global company coordination with our other teams has also been easy thankfully. Plus we're able to target each location effectively.

We've used other PR services but have always had to do the rest of our content elsewhere. This is the only product we've come across that's allowed us to do it all from one dashboard.

Turnaround time can be a touch slow sometimes and we do have to adopt slightly different strategies for a few of the smaller countries that we work in outside of North America so if you're cross country be prepared to have more than one Account Management call.

Smooth runnings for us so far. Like pretty much all the softwares we've integrated into the business there are a few things we wish ran smoother/ could be added but its working exactly as we hoped.

We've found it to be a fairly painless experience for the most part. The results have been consistent for us and the amount of work we've had to do to get those results has been cut down drastically. We've had a few interns come in and use it with for us with relatively few issues. Support have also been a great lifeline when needed.

I'd like to have a way to integrate other languages into the written pieces as we often have multilingual blog posts we can't copy in.

Find another service with better service, again they charge you full price for limited distributions.

See below, the customer service is frustrating and you're unable to actually talk with a real person.

They have full and limited published AMPs if your AMP gets a limited publication they still charge you the same price not to mention the articles are published on obscure websites. I have tried to cancel the service and they keep charging my account, I have escalated this to my financial institution and law enforcement.

Great. Was really easy to get set up and the support team were really helpful. It has increased my sales so I am over the moon.

I was spending a lot of money creating and publishing content, but now it is all done for me. I have a lot more free time to focus on other parts of my business.

The only con I have is that it does not have distribution on social media sites like Instagram.

Honestly, I personally use the software since they first time created it back in 2015 when it was a Lite version compared to what it is now, and been a customer since then. I am not pitching anything here but I have to say that the tool does work and YES there is some learning and work involved. It's not push-magic-button tool but the tool that been made to save you money and a lot of time when marketing the business/businesses. If you have one small website this tool is probably not for you, but if you run an agency or more projects, then Ampifire is a great addition to marketer's toolbox.

Get faster and cheaper promotion and exposure for your or yours client's businesses along with some SEO benefits. It's semi-automated tool, it's designed to Save a lot of time and money compared to doing all the work manually.

The marketing strategy does not work the same for every business industry which should be obvious and not really a big problem. Some business niches the tool works flawlessly but for some less effective, not a big deal after 6 years of using the previous version of the software.

Can't describe how effortless this software is in terms of application from a busy entrepreneur doing everything by myself! I liked how you can still have control over what your content is about and utilises others strengths in executing that vision onto an article.

Everything I like so far but we do need more presence on social media so I can't wait for distribution to be spread to channels like Instagram etc.

The content was actually much better than we anticipated - there were small tweaks to be made but they got the point across well and it was a straightforward process with the writer we had assigned.

Turn around time for the content varies - first campaign was back within 5 days but have waited slightly longer for others.

Not the end of the world but make a note to plan accordingly.

I must say if you are looking to generate more online visibility, build trust & authority with you or your client's brands then you should run some amp campaigns

Their content marketing strategy simplifies the headache of syndicating content into a simple form & once you navigate through the initial growing pains, the benefits are incredible.

The exposure is second to none, used many other distro & content creation services which have absolutely nothing on AmpiFire.

I almost didn't want to write this review as it's the best-kept secret, but I thought it the least I could do for the AmpiFire team after all they have done for me.

I ended my subscription so lost my initial prices bracket, which is annoying but I am locked in now at the current, which is great as their prices just seem to keep on going up.

Lack of social media focus, but really I'd rather sort this myself.

Good experience so far. Strategy call after purchase was very informative so would highly recommend. Seems like it will be a very important part of my overall marketing strategy moving forwards.

Pricing was a bit high for me as a startup, but I guess it makes sense with the long term returns.
