Users can choose between traditional sheet music or tablature formats and can save their work in PDF, musicXML, or MIDI file types. Additionally, the software allows for modifications to the time signature, key signature, or tempo for any measure within the piece. It also provides the ability to easily add triplets, remove or insert measures, and adjust the number of beats per measure, enhancing customization. The advanced editing features facilitate quick and effective adjustments to any transcription, resulting in a polished final output. Whether you are a seasoned musician or an aspiring composer, AnthemScore proves to be an indispensable tool for elevating your music production workflow and creativity. With its comprehensive capabilities, it empowers users to focus more on their artistic expression while minimizing the technical challenges of transcription.

Horrible transcription software
Date: Jun 01 2025SummaryAvoid AnthemScore and try a different music transcription software. i guess it's still too soon (bought it in 2024) to get accurate transcriptions without artifacts being registered as sharp and flat notes, or the note recognition is just lousy.
PositiveNothing, really. It exports pdf files with a good look to them, but the transcription is horrible and all over the place.
Negative1. waste of something like $100-150 bucks 2. Notes are rhythmically all over the place. 3. Lots of extra notes. 4. Transcriptions to accurately played music to a metronome wind up looking like sheet music for Frank Zappa's guitar solos. 5. Now i have to spend more freakin money. Thanks to Slashdot, there are tons of reviews for a similar software called LaLaLa with 4+ stars for 3,000+ reviews, so i'm going to try that. Entering the chords manually is extremely time consuming.
