I love being able to link several inboxes within the same application, this allows me to access several emails just by using the same application, and in a few seconds, I also like the speed with which all kinds of attachments are uploaded to any email I am writing, I can attach an image or a document in just a few seconds, the speed is fast. The general interface of Apple Mail is quite comfortable and allows you to fully view any type of inbox very comfortably.

Apple Mail has made it possible for me to have full access to my inbox just by using it within my mobile device, one feature that I did not like about this platform is that it is not available for download within Android devices, that platform is only Available in its version for computers and in its version for iPhone devices. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

2- It has an innovative design, this is quite satisfactory since it allows you to navigate correctly within this inbox without presenting confusion, in addition, this design also helps you to create any type of email to send it to any recipient, the platform in general, has a very innovative design.

3- You can attach any type of document or image to any email you are writing to someone, there is no limit to the number of documents you can link to an email, to the number of images you can send via email.

4- Another important function of this platform is that it allows you to scan text to insert it into any email you are writing. This function allows you to scan any type of text with your mobile phone's camera in any email you are writing.

The things I didn't like were:

1- Apple Mail despite the fact that it has no limit on the number of documents or images that you can insert into an email, there is a limit regarding the weight that each image has with each document, which makes it quite difficult to send via email a high resolution image that weighs a lot.

2- Apple Mail does not work in real time through the background function, which causes you to not receive notifications when you receive a new email and your inbox, you will have to access the platform manually to update your inbox and know if you have received new emails.

3- Apple Mail is not able to identify and mark emails that are spam, since the inbox is filled with unwanted emails, it is important that this function be implemented within Apple Mail, to ensure that spam emails are detected in time to prevent digital fraud.

Apple Mail for the way it allows me to access multiple inboxes from the same application, and the general design of this platform has contributed a lot to my overall experience, since it has made it an essential comfort within the application , that general design is really very attractive, it makes me feel quite comfortable and makes me feel that it is quite easy to move around within the platform, I can quickly access my main tray, the drafts section and I can also access the mail section unwanted without presenting any kind of confusion. I feel very comfortable using Apple Mail, mainly because it allows me to send files, images or documents of each email I have written, also allows me to receive all my emails safely, the application automatically detects any type of fraudulent email, to prevent my experience within the platform from being affected. Another positive aspect that I have obtained with the help of Apple Mail is that I can have full access to all the emails linked to my mobile device just by using the web version of iCloud, this is fantastic since just by registering correctly within my mobile device , I can access the iCloud platform and check these emails just by signing in.

The main disadvantage that can be found within this application is that emails are not received in real time, also, if you have the application closed on your mobile device, you will not be able to receive new mail until you open the application again, when you open the application automatically start loading the new emails received, I am quite negative since it would be good if the application continues to receive emails regardless of whether it is closed, also correctly activated the notifications within this application so that they are received in the background, however , this function does not fulfill its objective correctly, since I never receive notifications of new emails received in my inbox, since the application does not update in the background, which causes the notifications to not be sent to my mobile phone.

Overall, if you don't care about an email that looks nice and has lots of extra features then Apple Mail will be the software to use.

Apple Mail is a solid choice for sending/receiving emails. I do wish it was a bit more flashy, but it does what it's supposed to do.

I have been using mac mail with a mac email address since 2006. My mac email address was my primary email address and I used this address for all important stuff, but I used mac mail program/app also for my other (google) email adresses. I liked it because it organised emails well and could be used with other email adresses too. Worked perfect on my Mac, iPad and iPhone. Till it didn't. Not long ago I stared my computer and literally saw my emails disappearing. I called the helpdesk of Apple right away. But they could not help. Pretty much all the emails send to and from my mac email address are lost. No back up nothing. The mails send to and from google email adresses were backed up with google and I still have those. I lost thousands of emails containing very valuable information and pictures. No one knows what happened and all is gone forever. I rather use free google email addresses in the future.

See above. Once it crashes for no apparent reason you loose all emails forever. No back-up, no recovery.

Overall it's a great tool to use for emails on Mac devices. Very convenient too which is another big thing.

I don't like this product as well as others out there. While it is easy to use, there are basic features that it lacks to make it the email platform of choice.

I have only used Apple Mail for 8 months, after using Microsoft Outlook for several years. While the layout is nice and the platform is easy enough to set up and use, this product is not nearly as robust as Outlook.

I don't like that you can't have different signatures automatically apply for replies vs new messages. Out of office must be set up through the web platform instead of the desktop version.
