    Amazing tool which provides detailed insights on mobile app performance

    Summary

    I am one of the user since the beginning of the beta version. Overall satisfied with this amazing product and it really helped a lot for our testing cycles during Android X and iOS migrations. We were able to share detailed crash and performance issues during that phase which was very helpful for our developers also. The support provided by Apptim team is worth mentioning, when ever I raise a query they were responding quite fast and responsibly and some of the issues we shared also got fixed in very next versions which was very helpful! Glad to be part of it.

    Positive

    1) Easy setup and configuration.
    2) Intuitive Report.
    3) Integration with Jira.
    4) Detailed logs which contains all the information required by developer to debug the issue.
    5) Captures runtime data while doing exploratory tests which reduces the effort to run performance analysis tests separately.
    6) App crash detection.

    Negative

    1) Automated test support and Bot test (I guess those are in pipeline).
    2) Minor issues when having longer sessions (Acceptable).
    3) Minor improvements needed for iOS performance tests data collection.
