Archi Check
Archi
Streamlined quality control for architectural drawings, effortlessly efficient.Archi Check is a dedicated software solution aimed at enhancing quality control in architectural drawing sets, providing a more efficient option compared to generalized PDF applications and intricate BIM systems. Its functionality revolves around a simple process: Check, Correct, Verify, and Close. Each annotation is converted into a distinctive comment that is monitored with an identification number, an assigned user, and its current state, thereby ensuring a complete audit trail for all comments, feedback, assignments, and updates. The user interface is designed with a dual-screen arrangement, where one screen displays the drawing in its entirety while the other presents the comment register. Users can access a variety of markup tools, including pins, rectangles, revision clouds, arrows, highlights, freehand drawings, text annotations, callouts, and status stamps. The software offers five different role-based permissions to ensure clear delineation of responsibilities. Moreover, all quality control information is securely stored within project folders on services like OneDrive, SharePoint, or local networks, with no requirement for cloud synchronization for comments, allowing it to function fully offline. Additionally, non-destructive exports enable users to create marked PDFs and data registers in formats like XLSX or CSV. Currently compatible with Windows, the software also provides an option for macOS users with an additional purchase. This adaptability makes Archi Check an essential tool for architectural professionals dedicated to upholding superior quality standards in their work, while also simplifying collaboration among team members.
