Date: Jul 15 2025SummaryI would recommend ArcSpan as a DMP. We are able to track custom events, and these were set up by ArcSpan rather than our dev team. Generally we have been very happy with our decision to switch to ArcSpan DMP.
PositiveVery easy to implement and use. Quick onboarding times, and a very holistic solution including contextual and some good insights.
NegativeNothing major. They did not have as many data partnerships as I liked at the beginning, but they worked on integrating our vendor of choice.
