    Summary

    I have supported this product for over 5 years and each year find more and more bugs. Tried recording from a live course feed - very finicky and unpredictable. Typically 10-15 failed attempts to record specific screen are with Detect & Record. Tech support after lame responses ended up "we are reporting this bug". The only good thing that comes out of this total fail - I found NCH Software - Debut. Easy to use and reliable. Also cheaper than Audials. I was generous giving Audials a One star rating.
