Auth0 has been a game-changer for us in terms of simplifying user management and improving security. It’s a robust solution that handles the heavy lifting of authentication and authorization, allowing our team to focus on building features rather than reinventing the wheel. However, the pricing and initial complexity might be worth considering, depending on your company’s size and resources.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially for companies that value security, scalability, and time-to-market. For us, Auth0 has become an indispensable part of our tech stack.

It has very good security, not just MFA but also anomaly detection and encryption. Additionally, its integration with providers like Google or Microsoft makes it highly scalable and easy to use in my company. Everything comes ready to be implemented, and we haven’t had any issues for that reason. Moreover, its documentation is excellent, and since it’s such a widely used product, it has a very large community.

The downside is that the user interface is somewhat limited. We’ve provided feedback on how tedious customizing the interface can be, and in many cases, it’s not entirely intuitive.

It is simple to authenticate and authorize users. It prevents unauthorized access across our organization applications. It provides Multi-factor authentication where users are required to provide more than one identification when logging in applications.

It offers granular access control to our organization applications. It offers third-party apps integration capability. It is simple to manage and protect users passwords with this tool. It enables Single Sign-on to our multiple applications.Ease to provision and deprovision user accounts. Auth0 can authenticate users without the need of using passwords.

Everything works perfectly with this leaving me with absolutely nothing to dislike.

We have been using Auth0 since 2019, and it has been extremely easy for us. We set it up once and almost always forget about it. It's the type of product that you stick to and never leave: it has good documentation, is easy to start and implement, has core features built-in, and allows flexibility without ever failing.

From the implementation team (engineers) to the product team and designers, Auth0 is a beloved tool in the company.

We are aware of all their competitors, but in 5 years, we have never felt the need to switch to another solution. Auth0 is a complete and robust solution, a leader in the category for a reason, and something we do not regret choosing.

My overall experience with Auth0 has good as it's used by some industries like Healthcare, Finance, Education, E-commerce and social media many more. So they provide the best service to their customers.

Every substitute come with some cons also like Auth0 had also some cons, Auth0 can be complex to set up and configure specially for large scale application. Expensive for some people's.

I will continue to use Auth0 in every project I create due to the ease of use and security it provides to me and my users.

From setting up your project to every day usage Auth0 is the easiest way to add great authentication to your project including impersonation, logs and for the user you have a full solution for every workflow.

You are dependent on Auth0 for your app to work so if it fails everything seems down.

As a startup, it might feel like a bit of a sting, but honestly, what you get in return – the features, the rock-solid reliability – it's been worth every penny for us.

I am impressed by everything about Auth0. I like how easy it is to access apps and websites using Auth0. Auth0 has been a sensational game-changing tool for us.

Auth0 is a cloud based platform, it is easy to setup and deployment. And it's customizable as per customer requirements. I would recommend this product to use for SSO in your organization.

It comes with quite expensive for enterprises customers which can be reduced. But it also depends and your requirements, as they provide excellent product so will be charging more.

Since we integrated Auth0, everything is positive for creating external applications, everything in the cloud and the overall experience is fantastic because we can manage our platform easily and speed up our product release times.

What I like most is that the platform is fast to run add its easy to assign access permissions for multiple users and everything is in the cloud and doesn't require having to install machines and its easy to deploy the software.

The response from tech support comes very late, which is my only disappointment.

The dependability and accuracy of Auth0 has made our experiences with this amazing solution brilliant. It has been so secure.

What i like best about Auth0 is how it safeguards users identities thus preventing phishing attacks. With Auth0, it's very easy and simple to manage access and identities to our applications and it also supports tons of great features that make access and identity management easier.

The cost- it is a little bit expensive which is a big challenge to small organizations or individuals.
