No ethics! Stay away, as they are just after money. Disgusting customer service, as every email indicates that they are just after your money. They only help you if they’re getting your money.

None! They took my money for a yearly subscription and then they cancelled the subscription. No Pros!

I had a trial period of 14 days with the company, followed by being charged US$600 for an annual subscription. Apparently, when I signed up for the 14 days, they choose whatever subscription they want for you! I didn't even use this platform. Therefore, I put in a dispute with PayPal. After this, I could not even log on to the auto DS platform website because they cancelled the subscription. This company is a scam and they are ripping off people.
I ended up getting my money back through my Australian bank as this kind of activity is illegal in Australia!!!!

They took thousands of dollars of my money without my permission in my credit card and i'm in HUGE DEBT they charged me randomly up to 10 times of and they ruined and gave me bad reviews on my store ! Wish I could rate AutoDS minus stars. DO NOT use this company. They grab your money and have hidden costs that they debit and before you know it they’ve taken hundreds of dollars with no receipts or explanation of charges. Then when you cancel your subscription they refuse to refund your money for unused services. Beware.

It was a very upsetting experience and nothing you can do about it because they have no customer service contact only there IT support which is a joke and no hep at all.

I used a 30 days trail period and after the trail period was over it charged my credit card almost 400.00 and i never was able to use AutoDS again. Basically i was scam out of $368 plus another $9.90.

There tech support was no help. for 2months i was getting total run around. So do not buy this product. AutoDS stole my money.

Lost a lot money, the winning products its all old, all products are selling on Amazon for years.

I have nothing good to say, no answer from help centre, customer service don't care about nothing, money back guarantee its a lie.

Did not use services as I thought trial period had been cancelled, very misleading and more likely a scam than a business.

I recently encountered an issue with a company's trial period and subsequent charges. Despite my understanding that the trial period had been canceled, I was unexpectedly charged $557 AUD several months later. The cancellation process was unclear, and I received no prior notification that the trial period was about to expire. This experience was highly disappointing and misleading. I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices may not be as transparent as one might expect.

My experience with AutoDS has been extremely disappointing. After canceling my subscription, they refused to refund the accumulated credit in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received no assistance or satisfactory response. This lack of transparency and business ethics is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone, as it seems once they have your money, they couldn't care less about your satisfaction as a customer.

Failed Credit Refund: AutoDS' inability to process and refund the accumulated credit in your account after subscription cancellation.

Compromised Reliability and Consistency: The lack of reliability and consistency in AutoDS' performance in terms of integrations, data, and results obtained through the platform, as evidenced by your poor experience.

This is the biggest scam, and waste of time, and the worst experience I've ever dealt with Dropshipping.

At first it was great, until I actually start a drop shipping. Read my negative review if you want the truth.

I thought AutoDS seemed like a great solution, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Here’s how they scammed me:

Within just a few days of using the app, they blocked my account for no reason right after I got my first order. When I reached out to customer service, all I received were generic responses that didn't address my issues. They couldn’t tell me why my account was blocked, where my money went, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my permission.

I invested a lot of time finding products, listing them, and gathering reviews. When I finally made my first sale, they couldn’t fulfill it because the address was a PO Box. Then, they blocked my account and didn’t return the $789.63 they took from me.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is really bad. But I feel compelled to warn others. AutoDS will steal your money. It’s completely unfair. I’m willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, stay away from this company.

My experience with AUTODS has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. The proposed 15% fee, alongside the additional charges enforced by the payment processor, left a bitter taste, leading me to question the ethical practices of the platform.

Furthermore, the lack of a timely and reasonable solution, despite the simplicity of the problem, reflects poorly on the system's overall functionality. The failure to provide a clear and satisfactory resolution, coupled with the evident shortcomings in basic currency conversions, has forced me to reconsider the reliability and effectiveness of AUTODS for my business needs.

In light of these shortcomings, I cannot recommend AUTODS to fellow entrepreneurs seeking a dependable and efficient dropshipping solution. The lack of transparency, the failure to deliver on promised functionalities, and the discouraging approach to customer refunds reflect a concerning lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and business integrity.

At the beginning when you are join for trail their Live Chat always online to help until you sign up than no support thru live chat you have to send emails.....

I have been trying AutoDS more than a 3 months i lost money instead of earning Because of following reasons
1- items lost on transit and i need to pay from my pocket because amazon account no longer accessible or was restricted by the supplier.
2- Customer ask refund and same issue or similar amazon account no longer accessible or was restricted by the supplier.
3- AutoDS put restriction to all accounts this week also This message means if i scale my business sell more items you won't be able to process why We are paying this much fees?

5- i have 10K subscription my items not processed on time i get rating down on eBay because of that .
6- So many item prices when they sold we realised not matching with actual item price we lost money again....

Not good to say about this company. They sent me emails everyday but when I asked for my money back they stop all communications.

Horrible experience with this company. Don't sign up for a trial, go to CJ dropshipping instead. Customer service is horrible as well.

Don't sign up for a free trial. I was charged 5 days after signing up for a 14 days trial. They charged me again after I canceled and deleted the app. They refused to give me my money back.

Hi, the AutoDS company is ripping people off taking money from their accounts, without customers' approval. Fraudulently lure people into their autods.com AutoDS service and not returning or refunding money from the "Balance" and "auto order credits" I uploaded to the AutoDS software - (261.77 USD). AutoDS took money from my account for the mentorship program on the fifth day using the program, having a 14 days free trial policy - (39.90 USD). AutoDS platform is always crashing and not working properly. Also AutoDS have the worst customer support I ever experienced (email customer support with 24 hours response policy). Praises that they sing in their YouTube videos, in real life it turns out that the platform is not ready for work. On top of that my eBay account got suspended because I was using AutoDS software. autods.com is not who they are advertising. If you want to lose your business, AutoDS will definitely help you with that.

NO pros, Zero, Fraudulently lure people into their AutoDS service, AutoDS are faking their reviews on TrustPilot, using multi stealth accounts as they teach in a courses.

- Fulfilled by AutoDS service - it's not working, pretty much always under maintenance.
- Email only customer support - 24 hours respond and AutoDS hiring VA with no experience of e-commerce feels like. It's a nightmare.
- Forced to transfer money directly to AutoDS software and then they don’t give this money back when you got enough of their "services" and want to leave the platform.
- tracking numbers - takes a very long time for AutoDS to upload tracking numbers to your selling platform, you will get the "shipment overdue" flags.
- payments - they will take money from your bank account without your knowledge.
- my eBay account was "dropshipping flagged" the next day I start using AutoDS

I cannot recommend AutoDS based on my experience as a user. The platform caused me numerous issues and did not deliver on its promises.

As a user of AutoDS, I have to say that my experience with the platform has been overwhelmingly negative. There are simply no pros that I can think of.

Firstly, the API service caused me countless problems. AutoDS automatically changed the price and stock of my products using incorrect information. For example, my products had high prices, but AutoDS changed them to lower prices. This resulted in customers purchasing products at a lower price than the supplier's site, causing me to lose money. Additionally, some customers bought products that were shown as available on my eBay store, but were actually out of stock on my supplier's site. This led to me having to cancel orders, which was a major inconvenience for both me and my customers. These issues occurred frequently, negatively affecting my store's performance and resulting in a significant amount of extra work for me.


I ended up cancelling the API service and moving back to the non-API service, but unfortunately, this was also a poor experience. I used AutoDS to monitor my product stock and prices, but the information provided was consistently inaccurate. They claimed items were in stock when they were actually out of stock, leading to more issues with cancelled orders and customer dissatisfaction.

Finally, I found the customer support to be unhelpful and unprofessional. I asked them to use my credits to pay for my plan, they agreed but they continued to charge my credit card and refused to refund me. This left me feeling scammed and unsatisfied with my overall experience with AutoDS.

Extremely frustrated, I do not trust them for all the above mentioned reasons. Honesty, I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company who handles their billing this way. Just know if you use this company and there is a mistake they won’t refund your money. Don’t trust them when they say you are cancelled either.

One person helped me to try to finally get a product on FB but then agreed to let me cancel and didn’t follow through with the refund like promised.

I clicked on a link for free trial and ended up being charged $240 that day. When I contacted them right away they claim I clicked on another link for a year subscription. They refused to give me my money back and only gave me an option to take a credit towards the year subscription, the billing of my card happened immediately I hadn’t even tried the software yet. Once I tried to use it on Facebook I couldn’t figure out it wasn’t easy to use with Facebook. They ended up helping showing me all the steps required to post product on Facebook. Their intergration with Facebook was fairly new at the time. I explained I wasn’t that tech savvy and was better off sticking with my FBMfox. The lady agreed to let me cancel and said I should keep an open mind to come back and try it again because the integration was new and would be improved. They lean on you hard not to cancel but I stuck to my guns. She agreed to let me cancel as I could not use the software. They even helped show me the steps to cancel. My account was deactivated and I had no access. I even received emails from AutoDS trying to get me back. I went to do my accounting and didn’t see the refund. I am fighting with them now and they have gone back on their word and are keeping the money on an account that I don’t use. Don’t trust them!

Poor overall experience as there are just too many issues. Rarely a week or 2 goes by without problems then multiple issues come all at once many of which are the same ones over and over again.

The navigating is good and well laid out but can be a bit to lengthy there are a lot of clicks to perform quite simple tasks. The pricing is quite competitive and easy to upgrade. The software would be great if it worked correctly but it doesn't.

The software has been a complete nightmare with regards to bugs. Ever since they changed to their V2 i had problem after problem for the last 18 months I would have a different issue/issues nearly everyday. The amount of time i had to create help tickets and Live chat is incredible. Checking my ticket history of over 200 tickets where 90% of them would be a fault with there software. I must have spent well over 100 hours of live chat and replying to 100's of emails when issues weren't sorted. There software is geared towards US users and there isn't much for the UK and some of there best features like using there Amazon accounts for orders aren't available to UK. There live chat is getting a lot less available in UK. I really can't begin to tell you how much of a headache this software has been and still is. I am tied into a years contract with them but will be leaving to try other UK platforms. Also they never tell you when they are having problems you are always left thinking it must be just me and they do not let your posts be available on their FB sites etc to find out if others are experiencing the same issues. It's a shame but at least I've learned how to overcome issues by the amount of problems I've faced over the 2 years+
