Good product, slim, easy to use, good UI, stable, effective, just need a few more adjustment, reasonable priced.

Need better functionality for management console, such as more control over schedule tasks and jobs, users to see more statistic on client system (infection, patches, etc), currently - patch management restarts system at random....

I have been using Avast Personal for 10+ years. When it came time to switch from a competitor to Avast CloudCare it was a no brainer for me. They have made it easy to distribute to computers on the network. The simple user interface is great for the not-technical users. However, I do wish the CloudCare web pages would load faster.

Minimal usage required once all the options are set in the cloud. The simple user interface makes scanning easy to do.

Setting policies via cloud interface was not very intuitive.

I like this product and have recommended it to other IT pros. I did a lot of research before deciding on Avast, and found this product to be the best.

I like the central control. One pain of glass that allows me to monitor and keep track of all protected PCs.

I also like the Remote Desktop app that lets me remote in PC that may not be accessible any other way.

It has some complex options that may require some research.

This product is great. Our company went with antivirus and patch management and we have not regretted it. We recently were hit with some ransomware and this product did an amazing job at stopping the spread. One server was impacted but not one single machine running cloudcare was infected. Very thankful for this product and I urge IT teams to consider this solution.

I think this is the very best product on the market as far as personal firewalls and AV software goes. Avast is the only company (as far as I know) that offers a Boot Time scan which is important with some malware. The sandbox feature is also nice, but most of all Avast just keeps me and my staff safe and provides a LOT of information and warnings on potentially bad things.

I've been using Avast for home for over 10 years, it's been my go to product. I switched to Avast at the last company I worked for and it was one of the first things I did when I came on board with my new company. We are a non profit and Avast has great pricing options for us without sacrificing the leading edge technology they offer. The cloud based management is also key, helps streamline our operations.

It sometimes flags good programs are malicious and makes it difficult to install apps like Carbonite for example. The ones that it does flag all have to do with access to data so I assume it's erring on the side of caution. Easy enough to "install anyway" and get around it.
