    Communication with customer on web design projects is what i need this for, the biggest benefit is the client is able to comment on the task directly from their email. Considering overall features of this app, its the best project management tool and also a cheapest by far with the most features i have yet seen.

    Such a relief to have everything in one place

    The cons are edge cases that don't interrupt my workflow for the majority of time I'm using the product. The rest of the time it works really well and saves me a lot of hassle :)

    All the features I need in one place, including:
    * address book
    * tasks and kanban
    * time tracking
    * invoicing.
    I have attempted to setup other systems to do things like this and have found when they work, there are features missing (often because they've been pulled into pay-only plugins).

    Negative

    Well that's a hard one.
    One thing that would be nice (and I've discussed with the team) is to be able to setup email task tickets to work off a domain name rather than requiring each customer to register an account. Most of my customers are not tech savvy but can manage email.
    A second issue I've had is where I've got recurring invoices but need to make an alteration to the Default Payment Instructions & Notes.
    The system copies the default payment instructions to the invoice notes field.
    Ideally the system would be setup to separate the notes written in the invoice from the default payment instructions because as it is, if I have to change the default payment instructions, I then have to edit every single recurring invoice to make the changes there.

    Very positive experience overall. Our geographically distributed team enters their time as they're working on a project and our CFO generates and emails the invoices directly from Avaza. It's saved us probably 20 hours a month.

    Avaza is an affordable time tracking and project management system. It is very configurable and supports a large number of tickets. It has a very good reporting tool with many standard reports and it's easy to create new ones. Think of a combination between Trello and Harvest, and then add on a bunch of reports, that's Avaza.

    Negative

    I would really like to be able to use Avaza for our entire ticketing system, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do email threading like we have in Freshdesk. So at the moment, we use FD for communicating with customers and Avaza for billing.
