contboxx Vault
Adversign Media GmbH
Empower your enterprise: secure, searchable knowledge at hand.contboxx Vault is a sovereign AI knowledge platform for enterprises that operate under strict data protection, regulatory, or security requirements. It connects to 40+ internal systems and makes company knowledge searchable, classifiable, and distributable, entirely within the organization's own infrastructure. Developed by Adversign Media in Germany, Vault is built for organizations where data sovereignty is not a preference but a requirement. The platform processes all content locally using on-premises AI models. No content is sent to external APIs, no cloud inference occurs, and no third-party processing agreements are required when operating in internal mode. This architecture satisfies GDPR obligations by design, supports NIS2 compliance for critical infrastructure operators, and meets the EU AI Act's transparency requirements for high-risk AI systems. Vault classifies all ingested content into five protection levels and enforces those levels across every output channel. Distribution is automatic and governed: content reaches digital signage, email, or messaging channels only when its protection level permits it. The audit log records every classification, release decision, and access event in tamper-evident form. Role separation is enforced at the API level across six system roles, with a four-eyes principle on module releases, GDPR deletion requests, and content classification. A break-glass access mechanism allows temporary elevated access with mandatory justification and full audit trail. Annual fixed-price licensing, no per-user costs, and a six-week installation timeline make Vault a predictable investment for finance, healthcare, public administration, utilities, and other regulated sectors. -
