Our overall experience has been fantastic and we will be recommending B-Linked to other business. Our campaigns have been very successful and we have enjoyed working with the team at B-Linked.

The team at B-Linked did a fantastic job from start to finish. Before proceeding with our campaigns they ensured that we were happy with our target audience and messaging which they did an excellent job on and we could tell that plenty of research and effort was put into our searches and script messaging. The team are friendly and professional and provided a great service.

I think next time we sign up to B-Linked we will have more accounts which will allow us to reach a wider target audience. I would recommend having more seats/accounts if you have multiple industries to target and defiantly a learning curb for us in the future.

I wouldn't recommend B-Linked Marketing or Nothern Branding. They wasted my money and time with subpar services. I had to handle most tasks myself, and their lack of professionalism was evident. There might be a reason they have no reviews on Trustpilot or Reviews.io. I say choose a more competent agency. Or guys step up and provide value and return for money spent rather than depend on the contracts you tie your customers into, as an apparent 'lead generation agency' with no qualified leads I might as well have used cold Ai.

I hired B-Linked Marketing for a start-up launch to handle LinkedIn marketing, including automation and profile setup. They provided 2700 LinkedIn contacts, but I could have obtained them myself for a fraction of the cost via sales navigator. They offered a free week after I expressed dissatisfaction with all of their services and lack of return.

They failed to generate any marketing-qualified leads that led to any discovery calls booked, despite claiming to be experts in their field. Charging over £1k for three months. The branding work, done by their partner company The Northern Branding Co., was so awful I had to redo it myself. Despite providing detailed guidelines, their output was done via basic Canva templates with AI-written copy. I spent too much time correcting their work and reminding them what I paid for, which they should have managed.

Campaign:
The LinkedIn campaigns needed complete rewrites from me, not on brand and even when I allowed them to take the reigns (being the experts), it was all still ineffective. Their approach was lazy and ineffective overall, unfortunately.

There isn't anything that I don't like however I would advise you know your target audience before joining B-Linked, however the team hey me to reach the right target audience which I very much appreciate.
