The "Persona" AI's ability to handle routine customer inquiries is commendable, effectively reducing the workload on our customer service team. The user interface, while generally user-friendly, could benefit from more customization options.

Customer support from BHuman is reliable but can be slow during peak times. So while my Persona has been a functional AI tool for basic customer service tasks, it requires further refinement for handling more sophisticated interactions.

For example, I use Persona to automatically reply to incoming emails with my writing style. That saves an incredible amount of time. Simply amazing and great!

I use both the AI-Studio tool and Persona from BHuman. Both tools work extremely well and take marketing to a whole new level. One of my personas imitates my writing style, for example, and has a large pool of basic knowledge that I have provided to it and responds fully automatically to incoming emails or informs me if an email cannot be answered with certainty. You can set everything up exactly as you wish and connect existing e-mail accounts without any problems.

The support team also helps spontaneously and quickly with problems.

So far I haven't noticed many negative things. A few design optimizations would be possible. Otherwise, there is nothing bad to report.

I want to talk about using BHuman for our branding agency here in Rotterdam. We always look for new methods to connect with clients and BHuman is very effective in this.

We use BHuman for send 'thank you' videos when someone fills out the form on our site. Setup was easy – we use Zapier to make videos send by themselves when a lead filles the form. People really like this personal approach. It make our brand feel special.

Also, we tried use Leadr to send videos to companies in Netherlands / Belgium on LinkedIn. This has been also very good so far, it has gotten many good leads. Videos are better than just text messages. We tried Linkedin outreach before but it never worked until using personalized videos inside.

And I must say, Dutch accent in videos from BHuman get much better in two months we use. At start, I worried if it sounds real, but now it is very good.

At first accent in Dutch sounded American, but that has been fixed.
