    Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to give clients easier access to leave reviews and give you their feedback!

    So many functions to give you all the information you need at your finger tips. This captures great feedback from your clients! Information like ages, gender, states, countries and more. It gives your clients an option to give you direct feedback first before reviewing on Google or other sites if they're not happy with something. That way you can reach out to them and address anything they may need. Such a great tool! Support is great, anytime I need help I get an answer or feed back within 24 hours.

    Once in a while there's a glitch with survey emails and they wont come through, but 99% of the time I get everything :)

    Onboarding process is too long. Too many separate "necessary" onboarding appointments required to get going. Time is money.

    Overall, this app has been a great help in increasing my business.
    Setup was a breeze, and once the usual missteps of installing any software were taken care of, we don't need to do anything to maintain it.

    The seamless integration with QuickBooks desktop saved us countless hours and clients' responses have been more than favorable.

    Negative

    I list clients in my QB under headings that segregate them by how I bill them, such as Quarterly/ACE.
    The client receives the review request directed to Quarterly /ACE and instead of leaving a review, states that that is not their name.

    Maybe more a condemnation of the client than Birdeye.

    Not sure. A cool feature with the texting would be to be able to set an away message, so patients aren't texting you over the weekend and wondering where we are. We don't work 24/7! :)
