Customer service is great! I love the simplicity of using this service and having everything in one location. Makes it easy for us!

The ability to respond to all reviews in one location.
The ability to send out review requests in a text message.

I have been satisfied with Birdeye so far and don't currently have any feedback!

Overall we are very happy with the product. We have recommended to others organizations over the last several months.

Creating campaigns, setting up automatic requests for reviews, tracking reviews, receiving feedback and replying to feedback all in one place!

It would be helpful to have more options when setting up direct import from ServiceTitan (i.e. invoice amount, technician's names).

I have had a great experience with Birdeye and all of its staff. Birdeye makes overall customer review aggregation very easy!

Birdeye makes collecting and managing reviews very easy for our business. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and being able to link all of our socials into one location is very nice.

I wish engaging with customers would be a little bit more intuitive.

Overall, I've had a great experience and have no complaints. I'm pretty satisfied with the serviced i have received already.

Birdeye is efficient and super easy to learn. It is a seamless platform for posting and responding to reviews from your customer base.

I love the interaction between patients and feedback about how our office is performing. Birdeye takes the guess work out of posting to social media and filtering negative comments to your brand.

There is not anything that I did not like about this service!!

This has been a game changer for my business. We are getting 1-3 new reviews a day. We paid for Yelp for years and we have never had this many new reviews.

The new reviews we are getting. The text and email notifications our patients are getting are awesome.

Not sure yet. We are learning something new each week.

Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to give clients easier access to leave reviews and give you their feedback!

So many functions to give you all the information you need at your finger tips. This captures great feedback from your clients! Information like ages, gender, states, countries and more. It gives your clients an option to give you direct feedback first before reviewing on Google or other sites if they're not happy with something. That way you can reach out to them and address anything they may need. Such a great tool! Support is great, anytime I need help I get an answer or feed back within 24 hours.

Once in a while there's a glitch with survey emails and they wont come through, but 99% of the time I get everything :)

My overall experience with Birdeye is wonderful! Their customer support is very knowledgeable and quick to answer!

I love Birdeye! They are easy to use and provide the best customer service. I have no issues with them and will definitely suggest them to other companies!

Been great so far. No complaints. Very successful getting reviews. Easy to use platform makes some and replying to reviews easy.

I had another review service for 3 years and got about 50 reviews. With Birdeye I've gotten over 15 5-star reviews in just two weeks.

Nothing so far. Honestly everything had been great.

Once all set up Birdeye is great and works better than anything we've used in the past. Liked that it included updating all my NAP listings.

We've used other review request platforms before and never got much traction. Since using Birdeye we get a few a week.

Onboarding process is too long. Too many separate "necessary" onboarding appointments required to get going. Time is money.

This site has helped us promote our business with positive feedback. It has also been easy to use. I like that I can log in and check on all of my offices and reward potential employees based on reviews given by office location.

I love that our patients have a platform where they can give open an honest feedback from their visits.

I also like that if a patient has a poor experience, we do not have to send them a review.

I haven't come across a negative feature at this point.

Not to much to say here, my issue was successfully resolved.

To people who are skeptical about using Birdeye... Don't be! It is worth it! We have generated an additional 12 reviews in just a few weeks without doing anything. After the on-boarding it is pretty much automatic.

The ease of use. The ability to auto generate review requests. The increased traffic. The credit card function. Much more!

There is honestly nothing that I don't like about Birdeye.

We primarily use this for answering customer questions and reviews. In those aspects it works perfectly!

Birdeye is very easy to use and has a convenient review system for our customers with a very simple set up that makes communication easy!

Can be on the pricey side, other than that it's a great product!

Overall, this app has been a great help in increasing my business.
Setup was a breeze, and once the usual missteps of installing any software were taken care of, we don't need to do anything to maintain it.

The seamless integration with QuickBooks desktop saved us countless hours and clients' responses have been more than favorable.

I list clients in my QB under headings that segregate them by how I bill them, such as Quarterly/ACE.
The client receives the review request directed to Quarterly /ACE and instead of leaving a review, states that that is not their name.

Maybe more a condemnation of the client than Birdeye.

Birdeye is great for businesses.

Birdeye helps us keep in touch with our patients via text, which we LOVE, as well as follow ups after appts. Their support is very quick too. :)

Not sure. A cool feature with the texting would be to be able to set an away message, so patients aren't texting you over the weekend and wondering where we are. We don't work 24/7! :)

Great experience so far with Birdeye. Received over 100 4-5 star reviews since using Birdeye. We’ll definitely be keeping Birdeye for a long time!

Platform is Super user friendly! Help is always just a click away! Everyone is extremely nice and polite!

It’s hard to find any cons, the only thing I can think of is that the tags in the uploads are tricky to figure out.

It makes my job easier so I love it so much! Plus everyone there is SO nice if you have an issue. You cannot get any easier than one place to respond to all your reviews! It's brilliant.

Everything about Birdeye is convenient and it saves me so much time! I can answer all our reviews from one space. Amazing.

I do not have any cons to list. Occasionally you have to refresh the monitoring but it's rare that it isn't updated.
