OUTSTANDING - My issue was resolved within minutes, I was able to see my account balances and my bots again.

I was unable to view my bots and exchange balances due to a bug. I contacted Support and they quickly analyzed my issue and escalated to the coding team to remedy. My account reflected accurately within minutes of my initial contact AND it was after hours for them -- super happy for the help!

A very reliable system giving us a way to earn honest money. I currently have 20 bots. I was looking everywhere if there is a way to export all the numbers in the dashboard into Excel so I could manipulate the data quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Would you mind building the export into Excel feature?

You can't customise bot settings the way you want. It will be fantastic if you can do that. For example, you can't set your own grid levels and step with any amount the way you want.

Great, would recommend. Although best to get some good training before you sign up as need to know about the markets as well as how Bitsgap works.

Their support has been great and I liked the fact that they have message letting you know when they will be back online (most places don’t so you never know if anyone will respond).

Would be great if Support can be added 24/7 to cater for users around the world.
