Blotato is the backbone of my scheduling. It does the heavy lifting across the platforms that matter most to me, and the automation and carousel/Reel support are genuinely strong. The gaps (first comments, Stories, a couple of platforms) keep me doing some posting by hand, but it still removed most of the weekly grind. I'd recommend it to anyone running multi-platform content.

One dashboard schedules a whole month across many platforms at once — Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram (Reels + carousels), Facebook, and YouTube. It saved me hours every week.
Genuinely handles the hard formats: multi-image carousels and Reels with original audio publish automatically, no babysitting.
Bulk/calendar scheduling made laying down ~90 posts for the month manageable instead of overwhelming.
Works with an API/integration, so I could automate my posting pipeline, not just click around a UI — that's rare and a big deal.
Manages multiple accounts and platform-specific quirks (Threads reply chains, LinkedIn formatting) without fuss.

No first-comment automation for Instagram/Facebook, so any "prompt's in the comments" style post still has to go out by hand.
Doesn't cover every platform I use — no Lemon8 at all, and Pinterest isn't a fit for newer accounts yet, so those stay manual.
No Instagram Stories scheduling.
Initial account setup and time-zone configuration took a little trial and error to get right.

I love using blotato, and have referred all my clients to sign up for an account. It seems essential to me, making sure to have an easy way to post their social content.

It is by far the best platform for connecting and syndicating multiple platforms and social media accounts, particularly with my n8n and claude automations, seamlessly incorporating an easy ability to post content

Still haven't used all of the functions of it, the UI is a little funky and hard to use, but not bad, either.

Overall i personally think it was well structured and highly organized for everyone to use. Blatoto is the best

Can link multiple social media platforms for different accounts. Lots of ways to create content. It is easy to use plus being able to use it through Claude is amazing.

Not sure as I still havent used it enough though customer service could be quicker but it is solo manned and says so therefore you have to take that into consideration

I am extremely happy with the product. I can schedule my posts via API and run different workflows for different accounts to test out different ideas.

I love that I can connect to Blotato with Calude Code. I have been able to create my own, unique workflow that saves me TONS of time.

I wish the calendar view was better - being able to switch to a weekly view, see previews of the posts, etc.

It helped extremely well to automate postings and the API with claude code significantly boosted my posting speed, efficiency, and quality, and blotato scheduling the posts and posting for me was very nice. Sometimes it says 1 post is scheduled, but if I cancel it then reschedule it posts the same thing twice, not the biggest deal but a bit frustrating because it was not accurately telling me what was scheduled. I fixed it my double checking before scheduling but regardless mistakes can still happen.

Simple to use. Great support. Many examples of workflows and how to use them. The fact that the basic plan allows for multiple social media profiles is a not brainer. Also, no extra fees to use the API to programatically use the service is an overdelivery.

At the beginning, there weren't many tutorial videos, but that has been fixed. The documentation and video tutorials are sufficient to get started.

Love it and love the support. Easy to set up and get publishing content. Also, the ability to generate AI videos and images is a great feature to have.

The ability to connect all socials from one place. How easily it connects to my AI system using Claude.

The only minor thing is the calendar view. When you post 5-10 pieces, it can become hard to see what's going out for that day. Maybe make the date box bigger if you can.

I’ve been using Blotato almost daily for over a year, and it has become an essential part of my content workflow. The integration freedom for CLI/ MCP integration with AI and the hassle free publishing to all social media

The user interface in tool is not that great for UX, that can be the next step for leveling up to a non-tech group of specialist.

Once I got the hang of it and was able to do some research and assistance of with ChatGpt AI I was able to accomplish videos and post pretty decent posts as well. Is it worth the price, maybe it depends on the user. I know AI helped me quite a bit to use it and produce great videos.

Solid. Needs to be basic for the basic pop the state schools pump out, so its just right. I own 17 companies including Start My Business Inc and we know what it takes to ship working prod instances. Now Claude and Blotato pick up the slack, and the wildest side effect is that I actually talk to my wife again :) (I like her! Turns out she's great!). My VAs probably think I died because they haven't heard from me in days — that's how hands-off this got. One topic in, channel-ready posts out, piped straight through my n8n workflows. Thank you Sabrina for everything you do for the space. You built the tool the rest of us were too lazy to build ourselves.

Overall, ok, awaiting further development and enhancements to improve bugs and UI interfaces. Can't wait to see what comes next.

I enjoy the usability of it, and the potential behind it. I see the vision but I believe there are still many bugs to be sorted through. It's in early phases for content creation and proper post management.

Calendar coordination, proper synching of deleted posts still posting, and UI still in early development. No major cons, just items still in development.

Excellent experience overall. Through Claude and Sabrinas super helpful educational video series on automating social channels through Claude and Blotato I now only need to /plan-week once per week and everything is now running on autopilot. I started using Blotato last year but had to drop off due to other work but as soon as I knew I was coming back to social media posting I brought my account back to life again. I use this for my wifes aesthetic business, Skin Complete Medical Aesthetics, and it has made our lifes so much easier and allows my wife to focus on scaling her business. Do yourself a favour and sign up, you won't regret it.

The simplicity of account connections and posting schedule slots is one of the main reasons I choose Blotato but above all else is the ability to connect to Claude and make my life so much easier by automating content through Blotato. I have been following and learning so much from Sabrina over the last number of years and given that she gives away education for free I simply would not use any other platform on the market. Highly recommend for all user types, beginners right through to seasoned technical pros.

Honestly not many cons to report on. I use Higgsfield, Gemini Pro Nano Banana for images and Veo for video content. The smallest con and I do mean small is that I find the production of artwork to be of a higher quality using the external connectors through Claude. This is just a personal preference though.

A genuinely useful all-in-one for social scheduling and automation, especially the platform coverage and MCP support. It loses a point on branded-content control and template customisation — once those land, it's a clear 5.

The biggest win is having every platform connected in one place — I publish to all my channels from a single dashboard instead of jumping between six apps. The native MCP support is a real differentiator; I can drive Blotato programmatically from my own agents and automation, which almost no other scheduler offers. And it genuinely is an all-in-one tool: content creation and scheduling live under the same roof, so I'm not stitching together a content generator, a design tool, and a separate scheduler. For a solo operator running multiple accounts, that consolidation saves real time.

Branded content is where it falls short — keeping output on-brand takes more manual cleanup than I'd like, and there's no way to fine-tune the content-creation templates to lock in your own voice and style. It also takes time to tune before it's reliably producing what you want; the first stretch is a learning curve rather than plug-and-play. If they added editable, brand-aware templates, most of my friction would disappear.

Great experience. I am learning more about AI and therefore my skill level is increasing with the more I use it.

Simple to use and allows you to grow with it. I like the ability to schedule posts and add in images.

No complaints. I would like more ability to edit the images. Sometimes the words in the images are incorrect

The credits model means you need to watch your usage or costs creep up fast. The UI is functional but not beautiful - it's clearly built by someone who cares more about automation than aesthetics. And if Facebook organic is your primary channel like it is for me, you'll notice the tool leans more toward TikTok and LinkedIn workflows.

That hasn't been my experience here.

My biggest criticism has to do with some of the graphics and visual styles.

Many of them seem geared toward a younger audience. If you're creating gaming content, influencer content, or entertainment-focused content, you'll probably love them.

For those of us creating content for business owners, consultants, professionals, and service companies, some of the designs can feel a little too flashy.

I'd like to see more graphics and templates built for people focused on authority, trust, expertise, and thought leadership. A more professional design library would make the platform even stronger.
